One of the worst and disappointing experiences. This hotel deserves a maximum of 3 star rating, although it is titled as one of the most luxurious hotels. The price-quality ratio is tragic. Upon departure, all complaints were placed at the reception, whose employee apologized and promised that the hotel manager will contact us due to such an unpleasant experience and that the money will be refunded for the days we paid but didn’t stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately, neither a call or refund were received.

I landed at the local airport and realized my organization has booked a hotel 187 miles from my location. Without much fuss, I was able to find this hotel, which I picked off of ratings online, and get into a room pretty quickly. This is a wonderful (beautiful, clean) hotel set in a lovely beach community. This is a tourist area which the local citizens treat with pride and respect. There is a canal running parallel to the walkway that goes straight to the beach. The staff members, to a person, were incredibly helpful and thankfully multilingual. I arrived while the weather was less than ideal and I would love to see this in the summer time. Both the hotel and the surround area appear to be quite kid-friendly as well.
