The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

I saw the latest hotel introduction in the casa magazine in the afternoon. The small hotel that opened in September is the most attractive is the green house restaurant rebuilt by the pool before 3/f. The GPS phone has not been located yet, but it is easy to find. The design is simple and industrial. The front desk clerk is very good at English, so you have to go across the next street to take pictures of the car. Be careful of making mistakes. Originally, the room we booked was originally only one with a sloping ceiling, but it was gone when we arrived. Maybe they placed the wrong photo in the order, and they changed to another room with a large window. The design is special, but I personally think that the proportion of furniture is a bit large, and the wooden furniture is all hard square corners. It is a bit dangerous for children. The windows of the room are not tightly sealed, and cold wind blows in all night, and because of the loft bed design, the air is adjusted to 27 degrees inside the air and feels very cold, because the warm air only blows to the upper bed and can’t come under, I hope the hotel can improve it. .

Came back to this place a second time. Breakfast was outstanding. We had a river view room which was on the 15th floor - spectacular view. We were fortunate and got a double (maybe slightly larger - almost a queen sized) bed. The room was not huge but it was big enough, we weren't cramped. The only real downside is there is no onsen or swimming pool.The staff are friendly and helpful. We would come back again.

The staff 々 was really friendly and comfortable. There was no particular problem! Shampoo ＆ Linsu, so if you are concerned about hair quality, you may want to bring it with you. I don't care about myself, so I used amenities such as toothbrushes.

Love the wide spread breakfast buffet but the food was a bit cold though. Great location and conveniently located so that transportation around Hiroshima was so easy. Hotel receptionists were friendly and can converse in English. The hotel is situated with a couple of department stores nearby. The Hiroshima pass was very useful as we could redeem vouchers to buy things in the department stores nearby..

Amazing hotel and I cannot wait to go back. The view is to die for. I just wish I had checked in a lot earlier. The convenience store downstairs sells alcoholic drinks, bento and other snacks at reasonable prices. The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣

The service was top class, very helpful at reception and very friendly. The gym was amazing, hotel users can use the Anytime Fitness gym for free and it was a proper gym, not just a typical hotel gym so that was really good. Breakfast was great and there was a freshly cooked steak section which was cool. Just across the bridge was the peace park, and then just round the corner was Hondori shopping street and loads of izakayas in the back street. Only downside is we booked a compact twin room and on reflection we should have upgraded because it was just too cramped even with just two people. But movement space and luggage space just wasn’t enough.

Very satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from JR Hiroshima Station. The room wasn't huge, but the bathroom was spacious enough for both showering and taking a bath. They offer self-service coffee and green tea in the lobby, which is very convenient. Breakfast was plentiful and served on the top floor, where the ambiance was great and you could enjoy city views while eating.

Overall, this is a LOVE Hotel, but the cleanliness was very good, all items are seal in plastic bags to show its clean by 3rd party. room was great and huge for this price. and the facilities are good consider its just a Love hotel. location is a bit far but still a walking distance to the street car, or if you want you can just walk to the main shopping street!. will for sure book this place or any of its branch if i were to travel near by again.
