How to get there? Public transportation: Go to Lei Tung in South Island Line. Outside the station walk straight and you’ll see the 🚤 then walk to the left a little and you’ll find the boats to Aberdeen. 3 HKD cross by water 🛳 and in the other side to the left take bus 77 to the Caritas Station (8 minutes more) Room: Big, apparently clean. But down the beds not that clean. No insects, nothing really wrong with the room 🥰 Peacefully. Staff service: The guy (maybe the manager) arrogant. The rest of the staff, some try to be nice: a boy and a girl in the right side of the desk 🙏🏻👍, some others not that kind, they act as they are giving you the room for free or sth.

Very good experience, the room is much larger than other Hong Kong hotels of the same price, and the decoration is very new and the environment is quiet. The service is very good, there are surprises every day when I get home from get off work, and the front desk will help me call a taxi, which is very considerate. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good, with a high cost performance.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; it's a taxi ride from Central, Hong Kong Island, and Tsim Sha Tsui. We booked it because we had an event at an office building nearby. However, it's very close to Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, just a five-minute walk, so if you don't mind, taking the MTR to the city center is quite convenient. It's also very near Ocean Park. The hotel is new, and the facilities and interior design are excellent. The room was clean, and they provided two types of pillows, plus you could ask the staff for a latex pillow. What surprised me the most was the restaurant inside the MTR station – it's called 'Ming Tong,' and it's affordable and delicious! A steamed barramundi only cost HKD 200, a roasted pigeon was around HKD 50, and the Hong Kong-style congee was very authentic. If I had stayed for a few more days, I could have tried something different every day. I even met a fellow countrywoman there who had married locally; the auntie told me their food uses genuine ingredients, is just as good as what you'd find in a traditional restaurant, but at a much more reasonable price. This was a delightful surprise of my stay.

Location: Near the subway and shopping malls, near Ocean Park Check in: Fast, deposit $500, upgraded to deluxe room, but close to the elevator. Elevator: Large enough, but dark Corridor: No odor, the entire hotel is non-smoking 😚 Mini bar: Tea bags and coffee, simple tableware, great refrigerator, microwave. But the microwave light was always on and I couldn’t turn it off, which was very bright at night. . . In addition, there is no water. If you want drinking water, you have to go to the common kitchen or the hotel lobby to find a water dispenser (there is no water dispenser on each floor) Bathroom: OK, clean, no odor, towels without stains. The water drains quickly, the water power is strong, and the water temperature is stable. The air pumping is first-rate. Bed: Comfortable Common kitchen: 3rd floor, you need to take a photo to enter The room is well soundproofed, but I could feel vibrations from time to time (probably because of construction work nearby)

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the MTR station. It took a little time to find my way on the first day, but the location is quite convenient. There are many good restaurants in the mall near Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, and Ocean Park is within walking distance. The room rates were higher during the National Day holiday. The hotel breakfast is filling, though the variety is a bit limited, so I'd give it 4 stars. There's a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. I didn't try the pool, but the gym was decent.

The hotel boasts an excellent sea view that was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly, nice, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Matthew Ng from the reservations department—he went above and beyond to arrange a birthday cake for my hubby, making the celebration perfect. The chefs at The Lighthouse were also lovely, taking the time to introduce the dishes and enhance our dining experience. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Deducted two points for transportation and dining. I visited during a 'black rain' warning, so I ended up staying in the hotel the whole time. The room size was adequate. The outdoor pool isn't big or deep, but perfectly fine for a casual swim. I was, however, oddly told not to take photos there, which I didn't understand. The gym is small, but sufficient for a quick workout while traveling. There's a mall and a supermarket downstairs, but both felt quite deserted with very few food options. McDonald's was a lifesaver during those black rain days. Transportation wasn't particularly convenient. It's a 10-15 minute bus ride to Kennedy Town, though a minibus stops right outside the hotel. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to IFC.

Wonderful stay at Mariott Ocean Park and attending conference at the ballroom. Tip top cleanliness, lovely room layout and view, great service, amazing breakfast (especially the mini portugese egg tarts served as refreshment at the event), spacious gym and most importantly, only one stop from Admiralty. Its a good base to explore Hong Kong Island and beyond even for leisure travellers who doesnt plan to visit Ocean Park.

I looked at many hotels in Hong Kong, and knowing that rooms tend to be small, I chose this one as it seemed a bit more spacious. Overall, it was decent. The bathroom was a tad small but very clean, which was better than expected. However, if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, it can be quite a hassle. The hotel is situated on a steep hillside, meaning you'll have to climb quite a few stairs. While it's not far from Central, it's definitely not recommended for those with mobility issues or heavy bags. For Hong Kong, where space is truly at a premium, this hotel is quite good.

This hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, near the Shelley street escalators and also the Peak Tram. The rooms are basic but a great value, especially if you are able to use the lovely pool with city views- it was so extremely refreshing to cool off from the days adventures in the afternoons before showers and dinner. The rooms itself has a firm but comfortable bed and decent linens, plenty of towels and some toiletries included, a helpful front desk, and a shuttle to the AirPort Express multiple times a day. One drawback we found d was that our room was very stuffy and it seems the AC needs a good clean before it smelled of mildew slightly.

A nice and clean hotel. Location is easy to find. The drop off and pick up point outside the lobby is street level so it is very convenient if you bring a large luggage. There is a night market at Temple street across the street. If you like dim sum for breakfast. There are two dim sum cafe near by. Value for money and very satisfied with the experience.

The service was very good, and check-in was fast. The location of the hotel is great—close to the bus and tram stations, and the subway is also nearby. There are six elevators, so even though our room was on a high floor, it was very quick and easy to get there. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The pool is very nice; it’s big enough for swimming, and the view from the pool is also quite good.

We arrived late, maybe 11.30pm, but were greeted warmly and checked in smoothly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the environment peaceful. Shower was hot and worked well, all towels and linen were clean, toilet was clean, and the room itself clean enough. It looked like it must have been a child's bedroom once because there were glow-in-the-dark decals of planets stuck on the walls and ceiling. This room is fine if you are traveling on a budget and need somewhere to sleep and keep your things while you explore Hong Kong, location is away from the centre but metro a short walk that will take you straight to Central Station. Was a bit difficult to find down a back street.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and had bright smiles. The location is excellent, right outside Tin Hau MTR station. It's very convenient for dining and shopping nearby. You can walk to Causeway Bay in about 15 minutes. It's also not as bustling as Mong Kok or Tsim Sha Tsui, allowing you to really experience local life. Highly recommended. The room is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and comfortable.

It's rare to find such a peaceful spot in bustling Hong Kong, especially with land being so precious. The location is perfect for me – it's very close to the HSBC branch I needed to visit, and right next to a library and a basketball court. Across the street is an elementary school, which I really liked. The room was small but very clean. The front desk staff seemed quite stoic, even a bit harsh and cold, probably because they're not happy with their job. It was understandable that they asked if I had drunk the complimentary bottle of water during check-out, considering how expensive water is in Hong Kong.

The hotel's location is excellent!!! It's just a 5-minute walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station (Exit C2), making transportation incredibly convenient. There are many popular restaurants and drugstores nearby. The front desk staff was very kind; they even found us a larger room because we had a big suitcase. Took my kids to Hong Kong to watch the Ronaldo Saudi Super Cup final. Saw it opened in '09 and decided to take a gamble on it. Turns out, it completely exceeded my expectations! A veteran five-star hotel truly is in a league of its own. As soon as we walked in, we saw a signed Ronaldo jersey – the atmosphere was incredible! Facilities: Even though it opened in '09, it's incredibly well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless, absolutely nothing to complain about. Environment: No weird smells at all, a pleasant surprise. First off, if you're taller than 175cm, I'd recommend staying elsewhere – the bed is too short. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite old, but they have everything you need. The wallpaper is even taped up. I really wish they'd get rid of the bedding that looks like the one in picture four. I brought my own disposable duvet cover and sprayed it with disinfectant, but I still felt itchy, which never happens at other places. Plus, the bed is too short; I'm 174cm tall. Realistically, no one sleeps with their head completely at the headboard; it's always centered on the pillow. My feet were practically at the edge of the bed, sometimes even dangling off. And the mattress is so uncomfortable; after the first night, my entire back hurt, it felt like I hadn't slept at all, and I was so tired. **Hygiene:** The hygiene is actually okay, considering the price. In fact, the lobby on the first floor is much nicer than the rooms; seeing the lobby, I didn't expect the rooms to be so run-down. **Environment:** It's located inside a wet market, so it feels chaotic when you step out. There's also a strong smell from the meat stalls. However, since I was on a higher floor, I didn't really hear it once I was back in the hotel. **Service:** Check-in was alright. It wasn't as good an experience as checking into other hotels. Even though it's close to the subway and convenient for getting around, I probably won't choose this hotel again. During the off-season, I've stayed in much more comfortable places for the same price.

I booked this hotel three months in advance for a family visit in Hong Kong. It's very close to where my relatives live, and for Hong Kong standards, the room size is quite spacious, offering excellent value for money. It's super convenient to get to – just turn right after exiting Chai Wan MTR Station, and you're at Youth Square. We stayed on the 13th floor; although the hallway felt a bit retro, the building's facilities were great, and the air conditioning was strong. The room was clean, and both the AC and hot water worked perfectly. I particularly liked the sink. The bathroom was small, only big enough for one person; if you're a larger person, even turning around might be a bit tight. I prefer not to have housekeeping, so I kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on for a few days. They offer a complimentary simple breakfast from 8-10 AM. There are plenty of good eateries around, and they're generally cheaper than in the bustling city center. There's a restaurant called Tak Sing Restaurant where you can enjoy dim sum for breakfast. Overall, this hostel offers good value for money.

The receptionist is efficient and fast. The room is quite clean for the price i paid. If you're someone especially solo traveler who travels in budget and just needs a place to sleep, i recommended this hotel. The location is in the center of the city, busses and subway easily accessible on foot, the hotel is on the 3rd floor and lift available. There are plenty of restaurants on the ground floor, and the convenience store is within walking distance.

Considering how space is at a premium in Hong Kong, this hotel is pretty decent. Traveling solo, the single room was just right. The room even came with mainland Chinese power outlets. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. It was also easy to find. The location is great for getting around, with the MTR station nearby. The only minor issue was that the room wasn't very soundproof. Despite that, I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

I'm a solo female traveler. The room is super small, but fantastic for the price and location. The entrance is right next to the metro stairs, so no wandering around searching and getting tired. You just have to take the lift on the right hand. The staff (female) were incredibly helpful — messaging me clear directions, providing all the information from booking onward, and being so accommodating. The room amenities were fully equipped. The only downside was the entrance, which felt a bit scary imp. And the floor/layout is just like the photo.

We didn't get a chance to try them this time, so I can't comment on the taste. It's also a pleasant walk to Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour during the day. 3. **On-site Dining**: The hotel itself has a rich variety of dining options within its food street. 4. **Airport Shuttle**: The A21 airport bus is very convenient. It costs around HKD 30 (half-price for children) and you can get off at Ning Po Street, then it's a five-minute walk to the hotel. Payments can be made via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit card. Each person needs to scan their own QR code; you can't use one for multiple people. Make sure to prepare your payment beforehand, or you might get a scolding if you're too slow, and they don't give change. Cons: 1. **Aging Facilities in Suite**: The hotel is older, though it was renovated around 2018. While the room was clean, the facilities felt a bit dated. The most inconvenient part of the suite (room 725, for reference) was having to shower in the bathtub, as there was no separate shower stall. By the end, the water would reach ankle-deep, which was quite exaggerated. I didn't complain because I felt it was due to the old building structure, and I doubted staff could fix it immediately. 2. **Restaurant Experience (Yat Tung Heen)**: One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the convenience of dining at Yat Tung Heen (a Michelin-starred restaurant). However, I personally found the roast meats and dim sum to be rather ordinary. If you consider yourself a connoisseur of roast meats and Hong Kong-style dim sum, you might want to skip it. The dining environment was pleasant, though. Furthermore, we booked for Monday lunch at 11 AM, not during a busy weekend, but by 12 PM, the manager came to ask if we wanted to order anything else because 'there were other guests waiting.' This was very impolite. If a customer declines extra orders, there's no need to add that last part; they might even appreciate the offer more. This incident further solidified my impression that customer service in Hong Kong can be lacking. After his question, I felt rushed and the rest of the meal was very tense.

## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I'm not sure if I got an upgraded room type, but my room even had a walk-in closet. ## Service: The hotel room essentially met all my requirements. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

The location is excellent, right next to Harbour City. The hotel entrance is quite small. When we checked in, there were a lot of people, and the front desk said that since we arrived late in the afternoon, they upgraded our room. It was basically an upgrade to the executive floor on the top level, but nothing else really changed. The room they gave us was in a corner with no view. The room itself was small and dated, and it had a musty smell. However, the bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. The hotel service was mediocre. Breakfast wasn't cheap, but the options were limited, and there wasn't anything particularly tasty; don't expect much. The coffee machine wasn't automatic; it was a capsule machine you had to operate yourself, which felt a bit unusual. In other places, a server would lead you to your table and ask what you'd like to drink, then bring it directly to your seat. Maybe that's just how it is in Hong Kong. Paying over 2000 for a night on a weekend felt like pretty average value for money, and the service attitude was quite cold.

Starry Inn is a walking distance to Ladies Market, restaurants and shops, Sneaker Street, banks, buses, etc. The staffs on WeChat are very responsive, nice and friendly. She allowed us to extend for an hour before check out. The room is fine, but the elevator in the building didn’t work twice or three times our stay. The wifi is sometimes slow or very slow, and you’re disconnected at times. The water in the toilet floor takes times to dry and the water stays longer when you take a shower. The aircon needs to be turned on at all times because it doesn’t work well, or the cooler needs to be repaired. The room is very hot. But overall, we had a peaceful stay. You can stay here if you want to save money for a group of 4.

I feel extremely lucky to have found this little gem in Hong Kong. The dorms are extremely well laid out, with plenty of space for the suitcase and personal belongings. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean, the common areas are cosy, there's everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, the water pressure in the showers is amazing, the rooftop is a really place to hang out in the evenings, and most of all, the host Patricia makes you feel at home. I got there solo, and after a few nights I'm leaving with a bunch of friends. This place certainly has a magical power 😊

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! 📍Room 503, 5/F, Haiphong Mansion, 53-55 Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui (Take airport bus A21 to stop 14, Cameron Road, takes about 54 minutes). Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is right downstairs, and the A21 airport bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. I chose this hotel specifically to attend a concert at Kai Tak! It's about a 10-minute walk to Tsim East MTR station (from Tsim East, you can take the Tuen Ma Line directly to Kai Tak Sports Park, which is only 6 stops and very convenient, costing 6.8 HKD one way). However, the room is indeed very small. It's perfectly fine for one person, but for two adults, it might be a bit cramped, especially with luggage! So, I highly recommend it for solo travelers! Within about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach New Harbour City, K11, Avenue of Stars, and China Ferry Terminal (where you can pick up City Line tickets). For food, I recommend: 1. Genki Sushi on the 2nd floor of Silvercord, a 5-minute walk away (great value for money, the sashimi is really fresh, and the tuna trio is a must-try – the melt-in-your-mouth tuna is absolutely divine). 2. For dim sum breakfast, Kowloon Cafe is just a 3-minute walk downstairs. Their breakfast set includes a Hong Kong-style milk tea for just 3 HKD, and it tastes very authentic.

Tenía pocas expectativas de este hotel por la cantidad de reseñas malas que hay sobre los alojamientos en HK, pero la verdad me sorprendio bastante para bien. El hotel esta bastante bien cuidado, mi habitación para ser HK tenia muy buen tamaño, con baño privado, lo único es que al ser el baño muy pequeño no hay división con la ducha asi que se mojaba bastante, pero algo que se puede aguantar, está muy bien ubicado, la zona es perfecta, a pocos metros del metro y del bus al aeropuerto, comercios por todos lados. Es verdad que se oye un poco el bullicio de la calle pero con tapones todo perfecto. Encontre pelos en el edredón y me daba la impresión que no se habia cambiado la funda asi que lo dije al chico que atiende y me dijo que podian ser de la chica que limpia, pero no eran uno o dos, eran varios asi que hay que tener mas cuidado con eso, igualmente me lo cambiaron y el chico fue muy amable. Lo de que la puerta de tu habitación tenga clave es un poco jaleo porque a veces no se marca bien y un dia me cambiaron la clave pero lo solucionaron rápido. Igualmente lo recomendaría.

This family hotel is in a great location, just two blocks from Mong Kok Station. There's an elevator. The rooms are small, only 10 square meters, but they have everything you need (private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a fan, and an adapter). Our room didn't have a window, but thankfully, we didn't feel stuffy. The owner is a beautiful woman and very kind. The staff are also very helpful and eager to help with any questions. We arrived early, and the owner even said there were two rooms available for us to choose from. The door requires a code, which is very secure. The value for money is excellent.
