I had a pleasant stay at the Pullman Hotel. The cleanliness was excellent — everything looked spotless and well maintained. The furniture was stylish and comfortable, adding a nice touch of luxury to the room. However, I found the pillow not very comfy for my liking. Other than that, it was a great experience overall.

It was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system.

What was quite off-putting was finding leftover fried noodles in the fridge, completely unsure how old they were or who left them. To top it off, there were ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was just so-so and not very appealing. I'd highly recommend taking a taxi into town for meals instead, as there are so many great food options there. There's no beach, but you can find hermit crabs along the coastline. Kids can still enjoy the pool, and getting a taxi is quite convenient.

Stayed at Chemara Boutique Hotel for a work trip and it was a great experience. The room was clean and cozy, staff were welcoming, and the location is convenient. A solid choice for business travelers who want comfort and value.

Location is perfect, close to Wireless walk and nearby shopping mall. The room is cleaned and the staffs are helpful and friendly.

I was given a premium room, which added extra comfort to my stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming — from the reception desk to the restaurant team. Breakfast is served à la carte, while drinks, fruits, and bread are available for self-service. Overall, the service and hospitality truly reflect *5-star hotel standards*, especially in terms of staff professionalism and guest comfort.

It is great hotel to stay. The bed so comfortable and lighting is great. Cozy and nice to be here. Walking distance to eatery places and shopping mall.
