The environment is pretty good

The price is not expensive, the hotel is self-driving, the location may not be convenient for ordinary tourists. More general hotel, the decoration is also old. Hotel environment is good, useless for passengers, suitable for slow travel, leisure.

Staff nice,room clean, good location

The hotel is conveniently located (on the way from London to Birmingham) and we found the staff to all be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. And we had a really good breakfast too. My only slight criticism is that we didn't get our Doubletree warm cookie on arrival - but we check-in after midnight! We would definitely stay again.

Best swimming pool in Conventry, extra £5 per day per visitor, so I didn’t join. Self-check in, no service. Pub and Starbucks downstairs, Friday 4pm onwards free car park until Sunday. Weekday parking fee applies.

I’ve stayed here before not a problem,but this time was terrible I stayed in the car park 1 hours thought they’d made a mistake on the booking the hotel looked like a demolition site no sign of entrance or reception very disappointing,gave me a disability room which I refused to stay in at a different hotel , I think the manager was Richard who helped us get a different room he was very friendly but the room was in lower ground smelling of sewage in hallway’s and damp in the room ,we both suffer with asthma and anxiety , all the lady staff was very polite and welcoming but I don’t want to stay here again

Efficient for the check-in , £5 was paid for the parking. It was easy for the drivers to find the actual location on the map, therefore I would say it is convenient to reach. What I like about the room is that the design of the room is reasonable and fully functional. The mattress was a bit hard but it is fine for me. Besides, it is seldom to see that the stool is separated from the shower, which is quite considerable. We enjoyed the stay.

My wife and I have not been to this hotel befor, we only stayed for one night as we were just visiting my brother who lives a couple of miles away. Our room was absolutely fantastic, complimental drinks and kettle. The room was spotless, and the beds really comfortable. We had free WiFi and a smart tv. At.breakfast, we had plenty of choice, cereal, fresh fruit and beautiful choice of cooked breakfast. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. When we come back to Coventry, we know we will be stopping here.

Over all our experience was good, the service was fantastic. Staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities was what I expected clear and comfortable.
