For a hotel that costs three to four thousand a night, the linens were subpar. In the ground-floor room we stayed in, the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, which was really uncomfortable and made me dizzy. The shower only had a rain showerhead, no handheld one, which I'm super unaccustomed to. And there were no curtains on the bathroom window, none at all – I have no idea what kind of design that is. The hotel's overall environment is good, but due to its age, the exterior looks a bit rundown. The room itself is well-maintained, with a smart toilet and a Dyson hairdryer. They offer sweet soup in the afternoon. There's a small pool in the room's courtyard, and both indoor and outdoor hot springs are available. Sitting outdoors enjoying the river view is quite pleasant. The service could be more personalized. For small, boutique hotels like this, it's common now to set up a WeChat group to communicate needs with guests in advance, but this hotel didn't do that at all.

We arrived at the hotel and received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mr. Allen Fung. He even added me on WeChat for easy communication, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the light tube flickered in an unsettling way. Mr. Fung immediately sought out a technician to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. In a gesture of genuine concern, he upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. What stood out to me even more was how Mr. Fung personally helped us move our luggage to the new room. He consistently checked in on us throughout our stay until we checked out, making sure we were comfortable. This level of attentiveness and care made our experience memorable, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel services I've encountered during my travels. Thank you, Mr. Fung, for your exceptional hospitality!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is convenient, and the environment is quiet. The front desk service was warm and professional, and check-in was efficient. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the facilities new and complete, with impeccable cleanliness. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, and Freya's replies were instant and very thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travel, and I will definitely choose it again next time!

Traveling during the off-season weekend, half the room rate was for the view alone! **Pros:** We enjoyed the vast grassland free from tourist crowds. In the evening, the sunset, the grassland, and the returning sheep were truly beautiful. The air was fresh, with the scent of grass and pine. The restaurant view was also lovely. The room had a minibar, microwave, and a small fridge. It's a great getaway spot within a 3-hour drive of Chongqing, offering a real vacation feel. **Cons:** However, for a hotel in this price range: There were cobwebs on the balcony lounge chairs. During breakfast, a fly kept buzzing around the food in the restaurant, which was quite off-putting. Furthermore, it was very disappointing: The bathroom had a strong odor upon entering the room, and the dehumidifier's water tank was completely full, to the point of overflowing. When we contacted the staff, they said it had been emptied + it's very humid + the tank capacity is small + the dehumidifier generates heat when running, so they don't recommend using it and few guests do. Their explanation seemed a bit contradictory – if few people use it, why was it full? It's unclear how long it had been full without being emptied. [But thankfully, they were quick to resolve it; a butler came to deal with it promptly.] Locking and unlocking the door with the key requires a specific operation. This is something first-time guests would encounter, but we didn't receive any instructions after check-in. It wasn't until we tried to leave and couldn't lock the door that we realized. The instructional video sent and the method taught by the cleaning lady were also different. The cleaning lady arrived quickly, but it could have been easily avoided with prior notice. The road from the hotel to the rooms is one-way. One morning, a car was parked on the road outside the restaurant, with no one inside and no contact number. We honked to alert them, only to find the people were eating inside the restaurant! This completely blocked our incoming car. Couldn't there be a reminder about parking on a one-way road? (Especially with so many staff members coming and going at the restaurant).

Our butlers, Xiao Zou and Xiao Chen, provided excellent service. Before we even arrived, they sent a video of the room to confirm the room type. During our stay, their responses were incredibly quick. Because the weather was so hot, I mentioned that the mini-fridge wasn't cold enough. They offered to bring some ice for my drinks, and to my surprise, they brought a huge box of ice! It hadn't even completely melted by the time we checked out the next day. 😊

Wow, I’m so happy I decided to spend my birthday weekend at the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful to us. The beds are extremely comfortable, cleans and elegant. It was so refreshing to have the hot pool which I enjoyed well at the evening, as weather temperatures were much lower. Thank you to all the staff members who made our stay more pleasant (@Rachel) . The hotel amenities are top tier. The breakfast was great, well cooked and liked the fact that they serve western breakfast and not just Chinese. The pool was clean and great to be around. I would definitely recommend the place and I hope you enjoy your stay like I did. I look forward to coming again ☺️

I had a fantastic stay at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship) during my trip to Chongqing. The hotel has a wonderful ambience and an incredibly convenient location right in the bustling Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. It’s just a stone’s throw away from endless shopping and food options, as well as iconic attractions like Shibati, Hongya Cave, and the Mountain City Trail. We were amazed by the panoramic view from our room, and even more impressed by the elegant and modern interior. After a full day of activities, we always looked forward to returning to the hotel because it was just so comfortable and cosy. The room was well-equipped with plenty of amenities — from a hair dryer set and comprehensive utilities to a speaker for playing our favourite music. We also ordered room service breakfast on our first day and were impressed by both the variety and presentation of the food (see attached photo). Beyond the ambience and facilities, the service provided by the hotel staff truly elevated our stay. We are very grateful to the team at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship) for their warm hospitality and excellent service. The butler responded to all our queries via WeChat promptly, politely, and professionally. Special thanks to 露露 and other staff members who served us during our stay for providing exceptional service! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel, and it became one of the highlights of our trip to China. We will definitely choose this hotel again for future visits to Chongqing and highly recommend it to both families and individual travellers planning a trip here.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with stunning views of the confluence of two rivers. It truly lives up to its reputation for luxury and sophistication. The staff are warm, attentive, and provide meticulous service. The lobby is elegant, spacious, clean, and bright. Our room was also spacious, bright, comfortable, and featured a well-designed wet and dry separation in the bathroom. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

Absolutely amazing experience at Regent Hotel. We arrived in the early hours exhausted. Greeted warmly by the bell boy and immediately assisted us with the luggage. Swift check-in, our luggage were already in our room before we know it. Our room has fantastic view of the river and Hongyadong, even when in the bethtub the view is amazing. The room attendant kept our room neat and sparkling clean everyday. Their laundry service is top-notch, less than 3mins of calling the help desk the house keeping attendant is at our door step to pick up our laundry and also to return the clean ones. Not forgetting to mention the spread of the breakfast, delish!!! Definitely will choose Regent Hotel if we ever go Chongqing again.

Absolutely loved the 'cloud' experience at Regalia Hotel Chongqing! Perched high up in the WFC, the views are simply incredible. By day, you can admire the stunning Yangtze and Jialing rivers, and by night, the city lights create an amazing, immersive atmosphere. The room was spotless and spacious, with all the amenities you could ask for, and the complimentary mini-bar was a thoughtful touch. Our butler, Zozo, provided warm and attentive service, handling everything efficiently from check-in to our daily needs. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a perfect experience and offered fantastic value for money!
