I booked a room for one night and, when I arrived, the staff informed me that the hotel was currenty undergoing refrubishment. I was given a room on the 5th floor, and I belive the photos on their website haven't been updated yet, so it was a very pleasant suprise when I opened the door. The room was fresh, spotless,modern, and very comfortable. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into the refrubishment, and I realky enjoyed my stay. I also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was exellent, and the service was profesionalky, friendly and attentive. The whole dinning experience exceeded my expectations. I would difinietly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, and I will certainly be coming back. Thank you to the whole team for making my visit such an enjoyabke experiance.

Truly outstanding staff ! Made my stay so enjoy particularly as I am a wheelchair user with an assistance dog! Ideally placed train services into central London and near Richmond Hill and Richmond Green ( transport not walkable )
