Always wanted to stay here as we are big Beatles fans. Hotel was lovely only had breakfast which was fine. Asked for a Refresh of room (113) which we never got. All I will say is I have been, gone and done it 😄 very handy for The Cavern tho 👍🏻

Loved every minute here. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and my grandson.

I would have given our stay 5 stars but our room (103) was right above Mathew street and the live music went on until 2am. Hard to get a good nights sleep. Everything else about the hotel was absolutely perfect. Location, amenities, food and service.

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Fantastic location and the room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom had ambient lighting which was nice until you need to put make up on. It lacked lighting and a mirror for getting ready. When we arrived at 3 we were told the room wasn’t ready. We, along with several other families had to wait half an hour. It would have been a good idea to offer drinks while we waited. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

The room was upgraded unexpectedly and was very much pleased. 😀 Liverpool Chapmans 2024 25
