The location of the hotel is OK, the hardware is OK, but the sound insulation is very poor, very poor, the guests outside the door can speak clearly, the sound of the water in the room upstairs is very loud, the pedestrians outside the window can also hear clearly, and the remarks are far from the elevator door when booking. The result of the two rooms 135/136 is directly opposite the door. I lost my sleep for one night. I took a long-distance plane the next day. I was really tired. I didn’t recommend this hotel unless you had a good sleep quality.

My experience was terrible! I've been 3 times in this hotel in the last year, and this time was the worst. The guests in the other room were extremely loud with music at night, and after complaining in reception, they turned off the music and continued the party in the balcony. The hotel needs a better soundproof system. The shower took 5 minutes to deliver warm water, which was bad considering people who takes a shower in the morning and leaves in a rush. I tried calling reception by phone from my room in the morning 4 times over the spam of 10 minutes, and the phone was disconnected. In addition, the previous transportation to the airport facilitated free of charge by the hotel is now at a cost (not only for your pocket by also for your legs if you're 1'75+ m. tall). I will look for better accommodation options in the future.

A very decent hotel within a short taxi/uber ride to the airport. There are a supermarket and a few restaurants with 10 minute walk. The neighbourhood is clean and safe. The only negatives are that the check-in procedure is unreasonably long, and there were large tour groups that were making a lot of noise in the corridor, and were leaving all at once with loads of luggage occupying all available lifts. Also, very oddly there weren't any USB plugs in the room. The bar fridge wasn't working, but they promptly sent a technician to fix it.

Poor customer service they do not answer the phone when we tried to call them. It is impossible to talk to the front desk unless you are there in person in front of them

The hotel is very old, but it is really good and very clean. Very close to the airport, 5 euros a person drop off. Still pay attention to lock the door.
