First time staying here in Manchester, staff and faculties were great. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. First night we went to the bar ordered food which again was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again 10/10

Very good location, 2 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station. Very clean room.  Excellent breakfast, lots of  choices. They even provide take away cups for coffee and tea.

Convenient location and comfortable rooms, with no worries about charging devices. Unfortunately, the front desk staff, Ms. *****, was arrogant and very unfriendly. There is a serious issue with discrimination at the front desk. Luckily, we only stayed one night.”

Reasonable price ; fairly delicious breakfast ; comfortable room with a broad view for the first stay
