There is no front desk .The online check-in was frustratingly slow, taking a staggering hour and a half. the house size was big. There have long stair which not fit for elderly.

The location was great. Check in was a bit bothersome but is possible fill in the travelers' information part offsite. The tatami was thicker than usual ones, which was a pleasant surprise. Simple toiletries provided. There was a family staying right beside our building 107 but no sound was heard, which means soundproofing is excellent.
