Xiao Wang was very helpful with our Taobao parcel since we couldn’t call the courier. He also helped us with our luggage all the way down. The hotel’s cleanliness and lighting could be improved. The photos show bright lights, but the actual lighting is dim yellow. Right at the corner of the building is a metro station which brings us directly to One Link Walk & Taikoo Hui.

room was cramped, especially after opening two large suitcases. The dim lighting didn’t help either. Staff weren’t proactive and only gave short answers. Thankfully, one staff member spoke Cantonese, but the rest couldn’t. The bed wasn’t very clean, I even found ***** hair under the blanket. The hotel is conveniently near Taikoo Hui, but taxis can’t stop at the main entrance. They can only drop you on the street, so we had to drag our luggage in. The hotel is also tucked inside a shared building. The only plus was the free laundry service, but even that went wrong. Once, they returned my clothes completely wet, did they not notice?

Love love love the location! It’s literally opposite 4 big malls, so much food at any time of the day/night, the building itself has a family mart that makes it so convenient to pick up any urgent essentials. The hotel itself is modern and clean. Best part is the breakfast, tea time and supper so you’ll never go hungry literally. Would stay here again on my next visit!

Easy checkin, staff is helpful, room is clean and spacious. Good location, just a few mins walk to Shipaoqiao mrt. Pickup location for didi is convenient. Breakfast is decent and quite a good spread. Note to other travellers: take lift (two on right) to L5 to hotel lobby and rooms.
