NUNCA SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ! El peor hotel en mi vida, tardaron casi 2 horas en darnos nuestra habitación, y eso que teníamos reservación, la persona encargada se desaparecía y solo nos decía que en 10 minutos, la habitación olía a humedad, el colchón muy sucio, no había cobijas ni almohadas, la cama era king size y las sabanas, sucias, que nos dieron eran para una cama matrimonial, las cortinas creo que nunca las han lavado, los muebles rotos y con basura, el baño no servía y estaba sucio, vi una cucaracha en la tina. Llegamos en la madrugada, solo esperamos que amaneciera, no pudimos ni dormir, para irnos de ahí.

First the good: Office clerk was pleasant and efficient, WiFi worked, had hot water. Now the not so good: No non-smoking rooms so the room smelled bad, no mirror above the sink, faucet not installed properly and water splashed all over, no towel racks, no hand towels or wash cloths or bath mat, two threadbare bath towels, shower curtain eight inches too short and water all over the floor, no desk or chair, smoke detector not connected (sitting on a shelf) and wiring for it open in the ceiling, hair in the shower (not mine), no toilet paper holder, platform bed with six inch thick mattress, the door key card must be inserted for anything electric to work including the refrigerator, no ice bucket or glasses.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. No maintenance or cleaning whatsoever. Bad smell, graffiti all over, no light at bathroom, dirty beds, furniture and floor, photos will speak for themselves. I just couldn’t believe my eyes. I would definitely never stay here again.

i can handle a lot, but THIS? ohhhh man this was the wildest experience i had ever had staying at a hotel… hotel? whatever it is, stay away.. when we got to our room it was like 3am so there really wasn’t any other option.. it was on the 2nd floor there were stab marks in the curtain, like someone literally slashed it, stab marks in the bed/bedding.. possible old blood spatter on the curtains as well? i mean i’m a horror fan don’t get me wrong but the vibe was all off, def some bad juju in there. the towel rack was completely ripped off the wall, so it was just holes in the wall. also an empty broken beer bottle under the bed chillin w the roaches, which wasn’t ours… when we woke up we saw some sus dude standing around our, looking like he was spinnin the globie know what i mean? sus. so we left immediately and that’s when we noticed the hotel shared a parking lot with the sketchiest of sketch trailer park. like i mean skid row bad. anyways i know it’s cheap but seriously not worth it…

Buen servicio, aceptable calidad precio, se descansa bien, y buena atención en recepción y en el restaurant. Los empleados de recepción atentos a tus necesidades o requerimientos que ocupas en el cuarto. Asimismo, el empleado del restaurante muy atento y servicial.
