Great experience. We had no complaints. Breakfast was about as good as it gets from a hotel!

We specificity booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub which were both apparently broken. There was garbage and food around the bottom of the bed. And the parking directly in front of the hotel is not permitted as hotel parking. We had an offer of another room for $79/night but chose to stay here for the pool for our kids. Wasted a bunch of money. It is a really convenient location though and they have a nice breakfast.

Very pleased. Nicely renovated. Very comfortable. Elevator was down in south building, which was inconvenient. But that was only complaint. Very central Boise location near lots of restaurants. Best Homewood that i have stayed at in awhile. Will stay again.

The first time we were at Homewood Suites the breakfast was spectacular - it is much lesser quality now. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable - everything is square with hard edges. No way to relax.

Room wasn’t very clean and when we asked for an “overnight stay refresher” like the sticker on the bathroom directed we were told they didn’t do that. We needed our garbages emptied, more toilet paper and towels. Also the pool and hottub were out of service.

Arrived to find out pool and hot tub out of order. Sounded like it had been out for a week or so. Main reason we stayed there was so the kids could swim.

Clean and spacious. The gentleman at front desk was so nice. Pool and weight room open 24 hours, excellent when traveling with teens.

Loved that the amenities were open 24 hrs. Room was super comfy. Breakfast was nice.

Upon arrival, the hotel seemed nice! Until: the toilet didn't flush, we didnt have a remote, the pull out bed cushion had a poop stain on the under-side, there was a thick coat of dust on the tv stands, the pool area was dingy, the breakfast was low quality, there were very suspicious looking "guests" all throughout the hotel, and to top it off, the guy at the front desk said he didn't have the ability to print us out a room receipt!!?! For being a Hilton, they need to step it up...BIG TIME

Overall this was a good experience, besides a few small things that could be improved. Let's start with the negatives: The check in left me a little unhappy and not a good start. An older man and super young girl checked me in. He didn't smile once and She seemed very new and following his lead. A hilton property should come with a friendly welcome. Don't be in customer service if you can't even fake a smile for customers. The breakfast was one of the worst. Very fake eggs, soggy potatoes, stale bread. I would skip eating here. The tub could use some more cleaning around the water spout and the conditioner dispenser was broken and set on the edge. The pool being 24 hours is cool, but also not in the sense that there is constantly children in the hot tub and adults cannot relax. There should be a time for children to leave and adults only or no kids in the hot tub. The positive: the rooms are extremely spacious. The property feels safe and secure. A full kitchinette with pans and dishes and a full fridge. The AC stays on and makes noise which was nice to drown out the footsteps above me. One of the light bulbs was flickering in the kitchen when I arrived and maintenance was quick to fix it. The room are dark, which I loved and was great for sleeping in. The area feels safe. The boise spectrum area with food and movies very close by. This location is central to most things in Boise including downtown and the airport and under 15 mins from the village in meridian.

Not a bad place to stay at! Love that they have a little homey set up. The only complaint I have is the pet fee online was not an accurate amount and I ended up spending way more for my pet then I expected too. I am glad that they except pets but the pet fee....way more then some other places charge.

Happy with our stay. The only negative was the "hot" tub was definitely not hot. It was lukewarm!

I love the layout of the rooms, but someone had turned off the heat and it was 9° outside and took three hours to warm the room to something that was close to comfortable.
