Due to uncertain curcumstances, we had to stay at castle wharf temporarily and spent Christmas here. Despite it all, the staff here made myself and my two children welcome and comfortable. Our apartment watched over the river, so my autistic son was able to enjoy watching the boats on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed which was great, the apartment was very clean and house keeping was to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend friends or family to stay here when visiting Bristol. The only thing I struggled with was the glass table and worrying about my children breaking it but other than this, I would 100% recommend .

Clean, well-stocked and comfortable apartment. Fantastic place. Excellent location. The apartment was clean, and stocked appropriately with basic necessities for my stay. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. I stayed for 45 days and I really felt like home stay. At the time of checkout, I was all alone with lots of luggage and the staff helped me in loading my luggage into car. Though all the staff were helpful. But my special Thanks to Dilleta and Ashley for helping me with my luggage at the checkout time. Their caring nature, these are the small things makes a difference to guests staying. Highly recommend others for staying here

Just loved the riverfront facing single room apartment in Castle wharf building. Amazing apartment, well organized and neat and clean, with all the facilities for a great stay. Located in Finzels Reach, train station Temple Meads, City Centre, Harbour Area, shopping centers are all just at a walkable distance from the stay, with ample of food options in near vicinity. Loved the stay here.

-the light is not bright enough -the tv is not smart tv: that’s mean we can’t use YouTube and Netflix -the flat design is really good -the location very good -easy to find the way to everywhere -I will give 70points out of 100

Stayed in apartment here for several months, and the service staff and accommodation was very good compared to other service apartments I have stayed at ohter locations in the past. Even better than the ones in London. Staff at Cleyro Apartments are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Very nice apartment. Great location, quiet, safe and minutes away from the city centre. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. The bed is very comfortable. Very clean especially inside. Feels like home!

We stayed here for 4 weeks whilst our home was being renovated. We really enjoyed being right in the city centre and were able to walk everywhere and explore Bristol. It is surprisingly quiet & with secure underground car parking it was perfect for our needs. The team managing these apartments do a good job with quick responses, clear communication & offered us the flexibility we needed. The cleaning staff always did a great job every week too. The apartment itself is comfortable & well equipped. We are actually sad to leave!

Great flat centrally located. Twice a week food trucks downstairs a treat. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Management responsive to questions and concerns. Short walk to stores, downtown and train station. Modern flat in fairly new development of offices and apartments. Underground parking available (not needed this trip).

Booked an apartment for an extended business trip in Bristol. The apartment itself was very well appointed, having every amenity required for a comfortable extended stay. Clean and spacious, I would highly recommend! The apartment is not the star of the show however, the staff are excellent, especially Marianna who couldn't do enough to make sure everything was great! Will use again for business and also personal visits as Bristol really is going through some major redevelopment works and is turning into a very vibrant city.

Spacious clean and tidy apartment well situated for exploring Bristol. Well equipped kitchen, very comfy bed and good shower. The TV is basic ie not smart. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and overlooked the courtyard. It was a bit on the dark side and not much of a view.

The apartment location very exceptional and having wonderful view, the apartment spacious and includes everything you need. The stuff very friendly and they are welcome you all the time they respond all request very fast
