酒店一樓大堂裝修豪華氣派，但房間比較成舊

Humedad en habitación y olor .instalaciones viejas y no bien mantenidas. Baño anticuado, decoración anticuada, insonorización deficiente. Me recordó más a los moteles baratos que a las cadenas de hoteles de marca. gestión ineficiente. buen restaurante pero eso es todo Nunca volveré, ofertas mucho mejores en otros lugares.

Lo único fue que al llegar me cobraron el IVA por que por la aplicación no lo facturaban, mejor contratar por la página del hotel

I gave three stars because the staff. They are great. They made our stay there more bearable. Great food is a plus, but cleanness wasn't the best. Toilet failing, TV not working, room cards not working, towels very old, poor quality toilet paper and toiletries, hallway rugs dirty and fade, elevators dirty with fingerprints all over and not cleaned frequently. The building is aging and they are not paying attention. Sad, cause is an icon.

Gran variedad de restaurantes (5) de excelente calidad dentro del Hotel, piscina y spa cómodos,personal MUY AMABLE,generosos en cantidad y calidad de servicios y productos del desayuno buffet,por mejorar,ascensores mas rápidos e internet .

Excellent personnel, très aimable et souriant. Un service exemplaire. Malheureusement la piscine a été en maintenance tout notre séjour alors nous avons pas pu en profité durant les journées chaudes.et ensoleillées.

Siempre es un gusto hospedarnos en este Hotel. Personal amable, cómodas habitaciones, buenas opciones de comida y agradable piscina.

Hotel was very busy during our stay, due to a couple of conferences, so check in was slow and messy. Rooms are small and outdated, specially the bathroom. But common areas are comfortable and spacious (breakfast, pool, lobby). There are several options for food as they have 3-4 restaurants on site, and you can also order from any of them no matter where you are seated. Pool area is nice, but we were bitten by bugs, specially in near the grass area. Staff is friendly and are all around in case you need them. Hotel and surrounding area feels safe, despite being very busy.

it took a full day for them to open my balcony ,& toilet was not working properly, They also gave a key to my room to another individual that was trying to open my door while I was in the room,

I always stay there. My room that I received, wasn’t the one I booked. Then it was super loud in hallways till 4am. As if I was at a frat party. Leaking toilet, shower not spraying out fully. The faucet below was running more than the actual shower. They did change my room after I requested it. The bathroom was still in the same shape. The restaurant staff, im not sure. They never can get it right. Every time I’m there. It’s along wait or no one comes to you, busy or slow. They just have no urgency to want to help you. Sat down, no one approached us. We had to call for assistance still waited 20 mins for our dl in alcohol beverages then waiter never appeared to take our order. Just Kept walking and talking by the bar. The restaurant was my last visit there. A.m staff seems to be great. More initiative.
