格拉諾拉城堡 - 設計公寓的評論

Di lussuoso solo il prezzo: prenotiamo questa struttura per una Smart box ricevuta in regalo, che prevedeva pernotto con cena o pernotto con spa. La struttura mi riferisce di garantire solo pernotto con sovrapprezzo di 10 euro. Accetto la condizione e chiedo la possibilità di un letto aggiuntivo per nostro figlio. Mi rispondono che il sovrapprezzo sarà di 50 euro. Quindi valore smart box 180+10+50 euro, valore totale 240 euro. Mi auguro di ricevere un servizio per tale valore. Mah…. La struttura è davvero molto bella come si presenta in foto, ambiente riservato vista davvero molto bella, ci accompagnano nell’appartamento che si presenta spazioso però subito si sente nell’aria un odore di muffa e polvere, il letto aggiuntivo alle 18 di sera ancora non era preparato. Quindi abbiamo dovuto attendere che venisse preparato. La cosa peggiore è che la polvere era ovunque , insieme ad insetti morti e molti vivi fin anche nella vasca da bagno. Avendo un figlio allergico per fortuna avevamo con noi un cuscino e antistaminici. Passata la notte ci saremmo aspettati una adeguata colazione: fatta eccezione di due crostate e dei cornetti, non c’era scelta di colazione salata. Alla nostra richiesta per il bambino di uova strapazzate ci è stato risposto che era possibile ad un costo di 5 euro. Quindi abbiamo pagato per due uova 10 euro. Per usufruire di una vasca riscaldata bisognava pagare 25 euro a persona. Credo che per queste cifre la qualità di quello che si riceve dve essere necessariamente più elevata ma soprattutto le camere, i letti e il bagno devono essere puliti. Peccato per la struttura.

Sono stai 5 gg con la famiglia , rispetto ai video promozionali : è tutta in altra cosa. La location è bellissima ma assolutamente non corrispondente a quanto visto in foto. Tenuta male, poco pulita, poco curata. Gli appartamenti belli ma anche qui la cura e la pulizia sono assenti, dotazione degli appartamenti imbarazzanti , mancavano piatti bicchieri, pentole. Mancano le zanzariere alle finestre quindi non è possibile tenere le finestre aperte , entra di tutto. Piscina piccola e poco curata. Colazione : imbarazzante , pochi tavoli bordo piscina, personale disponibile ma assolutamente poco preparato. Ovviamente tutte le critiche sono in rapporto al prezzo richiesto. Esperienza da non ripetere

Bellissima location, personale gentilissimo, tornerò presto per un altro soggiorno. Il castello dispone di diverse tipologie di camere, dislocate nel borgo. La.posizione alta in collina regala un' ottima vista, soprattutto al tramonto, ed un piacevole venticello. Curatissimo nei minimi dettagli, ogni camera ha una sua ispirazione artistica. Colazione a bordo piscina ottima, gentilissimi il Sig.re Carlo ed Andrea che hanno reso speciale il giorno del mio compleanno...ogni dettaglio non viene lasciato al caso. É stato un fine settimana rigenerante sia per gli occhi e per la mente. Anche la mia cagnolina ringrazia per l' accoglienza ricevuta

Struttura molto curata in ogni suo dettaglio, camere pulite e ben strutturate, personale molto gentile ed accogliente, vista meravigliosa…mangiare un po’ particolare ma discreto. Se amate il silenzio, la tranquillità e viste panoramiche è il posto ideale.

Premessa: il voto è solo dovuto al costo della colazione! L'ambiente è senza dubbio molto bello c'è la piscina un bel giardino sdraio ecc. Le stanze hanno tutto ciò che ti serve senza se senza ma. Il problema nasce quando fai pagare la bellezza di 18 euro a persona (metto foto dello scontrino!) Per la sola colazione! Manco l'avesse preparata Cannavacciuolo! Tra l'altro un semplice buffet. Mai successo in vita mia di turista. Incredibile...e nemmeno te lo comunicano in modo da poter scegliere. Mai più mi rivedrete sicuro.

Bel posto, ottima posizione, poco organizzati con tempi di attesa per laccesso al desk piuttosto lunghi. Camera con moquette sporca con divani sporchi e scarsa manutenzione come per esempio la doccia che rimaneva letteralmente in mano.

Location magnifica, a**osfera di grande rilassatezza ed eleganza ma allo stesso tempo approccio easy. Camera molto ampia con terrazzo privato. Gentilezza dello staff. Piscina forse un po' piccolina. A pochi chilometri dal mare, un'oasi di relax.

Posto tranquillo per passare un weekend - dall'accoglienza alla pulizia delle stanze e dalla ricerca dei particolari sia all'esterno che nelle stanze. A**osfera suggestiva - Lo spazio esterno è curato e ben attrezzato.

I visited this property for the past four years. It is just magical. Beautifully renovated and well appointed and comfortable. Just a pleasure to stay and worth the 15-minute drive away from the motorway. Michelle at the front desk, has always been welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurants in the nearby village of Granada are fantastic.

Fantastic place with spacious rooms, incredible views, superb service and good food. We will return. You can have breakfast outdoors by the pool and enjoy looking out over the hills and to the sea. The rooms are very large.

We stayed 6 nights at this well-hidden magical place at the end of August. It is almost unthinkable how sophisticated and carefully but still effortlessly designed this Castellino is. The rooms are all unique, large and featured with all amenities (kitchen included) which makes your stay comfortable. The pool - with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic and the medieval Castello Gradara - is the center of Life here - and deservedly so: you start your day with a pool-side breakfast, continue with nicely prepared cocktails consumed on the sunbeds and of course indulging in the sun-heated pool itself. After having a short break in your nicely cooled room and dressed up smart-casual you can enjoy a delicious dinner cooked by Chef Andrea at one of the pool-side tables following the setting sun above the Sea. If you are curious enough, you can discover the secrets of the magical garden with its many hidden places. If you are lucky and spend a Thursday here you can attend the weekly Sundown party at the fabulous terraced garden just below the pool - the setting is something you can not imagine until you see it for yourself. You`ll not be bored even if the weather does not favour sunbathing - you can discover the beauties and historical places (like Urbino, Gradara )of both the Marche and Emilia-Romagna - or even San Marino - all in 40 kms distance) If you long to dive into the Sea there are many beaches nearby (eg Gabbice Mare), althoug those can be crowded during Summer peak. For shopping the best place is Pesaro (centro historico - only 15 min drive from the Castellino) with it`s many local designer shops and high fashion brand stores. For beach bags and accessories do not miss the Brandina brand store right in Piazzale Poppolo. Nothing is easier than dining out in one fo the many very good and very affordable restaurants - all within 5 min drive. The nearest one (Il Melograno with its heavenly home-made pastas) is literally at your doorstep. Finally I can`t miss out to mention the super-friendly and ever helpful hotel staff to whom we owe a big Thanks for not only making our stay wonderfully easy-going but making us always smiling. We just can not wait to return next Summer:)

We stayed at Castello di Granarola for a week, an unforgivable week. If you’re looking for a place to relax and stay in contact with the nature this is the right place for you. The landscape that you can see from up there is unique and the staff is super qualified and helpful. Due to my health I was unable to enjoy my stay to the fullest but thanks to the staff I managed to stay fit for the last few days. I strongly recommend this magic place!

Recently spent a weeks holiday with my son, daughter in law and grandson in the Artist’s Tower. Lovely setting and views and enjoyed our holiday. However, there were several points which I raised in an email addressed to the owner. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my private feed back, hence my review. The grounds are not as pretty or kept to the standard shown on the website. No white drapes on the rusty swing seat and garden area looks unkept. There was no plug for the bath even though we repeatedly requested one. Perhaps this was not provided due to the condition of the bath. There is an overhead shower and circular curtain but trying to use the controls without water running down the back of the bath is impossible. We repeatedly reported that the toilet cistern kept running resulting in a waste of precious water.There were some tea bags (the only welcome items) but no coffee capsules and difficult to find which ones fitted the machine. Everything else in the fridge was chargeable including a bottle of chilled water. There is a dishwasher but don’t think there would have been enough crockery to fill it. The layout is not really suitable for the numbers it is advertised for. When the sofa bed in the lounge/dining/kitchen is open it leaves little room for a family of 4/5 and the mezzanine floor has a very large/wide floor beam which you have to clamber over to reach the bed. Added to the restricted headroom/beams makes having to use the bathroom downstairs during the night (or anytime) quite a challenge The staircase is not suitable for little ones .There is no hanging or storage facility at all on that level. No designated outside area with this accommodation although there was for others. Just a pity the owner didn’t respond directly and take on board the comments or at least acknowledged them.

It is a one a kind place Completely restored castle in the top of a hill. The views are magnificent. Great service with the minimum basics. The different suites are one of a kind. We didn’t had the breakfast but in the room there is a coffee machine.
