Stayed here on the first night of a cross Canada driving trip. I do not have great expectations, but I do have some standards. Tantramar did not meet those standards. It probably is worthy of three stars, but upon entering the room I noticed how cold it was and then found out that the heating system was not working. I had to ask for the heating system for the building to be turned on as it had been turned off in anticipation of summer temperatures. The location is not great either as one is on a dead end road. I feel bad for the owners as it probably was a decent hotel, but likely got messed over when the 4 lane highway was built. There are better places in the area to stay at a more reasonable price and closer to any type of services. To end on a positive, it is a great place to have a dog as the dead end road and no neighbours allows for a nice relaxed place to walk.
