埃森登菲爾茲墨爾本凱悦嘉軒酒店的評論

鄰近機場，而且最早於06:00可預約酒店shuttle至機場。步距沒有便利店，必須駕車約十分鐘才到店鋪和食肆，幸住客可享泊車優惠。早餐款式不多，但尚算足夠，惟座位較少。房間空間充足舒適，衛生情況理想，但酒店沒有泳池等康樂設施，較方便轉機或短住旅客。

前台很貼心，房間很舒適

服務：在這個酒店，我經歷了我人生中最黑暗的時刻。 坐了十幾個小時的飛機到達墨爾本，準備進入這個酒店轉機，我一個人帶着孩子，因為沒有帶現金和信用卡，我想用Apple Pay去給保證金，他們不允許説。説我衹能夠在晚上10:00沒有任何交通的情況之下出去拿現金，然後來回和我掰扯，説我沒有帶信用卡。我確實忘記帶了，但是這個時候應該要想解決的方案。 他們經理並沒有想解決的方案，而是重重複復的和我説為什麼沒有帶，預訂平台上明明就是要求寫的。 最後我哭着跟他們説，到底怎麼樣才能讓我入住了酒店。 他説他自己是個經理，後來又打電話給他的上司，然後才允許我入住。 從協調到入住，已經超過了40分鐘。

Our flight was cancelled so stayed here overnight. Close to the airport with a free airport shuttle. Wonderful and very helpful staff.

Had a great experience staying at the place, one of my favourite places to stay near the airport.

The room had ample space and was extremely clean, including every aspect of the bathroom. Plus, the bed was very comfy. The gym had new equipment and natural light. One of the best points?: The shuttle driver, who was doing the last run of the night, was willing to wait a few extra minutes because my plane was a bit late, AND he told me where to find an awesome cup of coffee in the morning before I embarked on an international flight. Cleanliness, courtesy, and fabulous coffee... what more do you need? FYI: I rarely take the time to do reviews, but this establishment is noteworthy.

Leider zu modern, die Lüftung lässt sich nicht ausschalten und springt jeder Stunde an - auch Nachts und ist sehr laut dabei. Das Licht und der Fernseher reagieren auf Bewegung, sprich ständig geht irgendwas an. Der Fernseher kann man nur abschalten, in dem der Stecker gezogen wird. Schade, die Lage ist gut, der Shuttle zum Flughafen auch - aber die Funktionen im Zimmer sind schlecht, wenn man nicht mehr selber bestimmen kann, ob das Licht an oder ausgehen soll - vor allem im Badezimmer und man sich das Zimmer teilt.

The staff were great, especially Brig, who was extremely helpful not only to us but also to another customer who had a very complicated situation. It was however disappointing walking in the level 2 corridor as the carpet has lots of dirty spots and the sofa beds in our rooms also had some dirty spots.

這家酒店是住過的所有凱悦裏服務最差的。整體工作人員心不在焉，前台電話和room service 永遠沒有人接，有幾次我們衹好自己跑下樓去和前台溝通。酒店沒有浴袍，這是我第一次遇到的情況。
