Booked through trip.com and the hotel somehow erased the card used by Trip to book it and charged my card… I caught them the first time when I was checking in when she tried to charge me and she cleared it… said only $50 would go on my card then for incidentals… which it did, but then again the next morning when I was checking out, I looked at my account and they had charged me again in full for the room… It’s been 4 days and the hold still hasn’t fallen off… That’s too much money to be taking from people in error for them to have to wait days to get back… Definitely not happy about it and won’t be returning. Other than that, all was decent.

Nice quite place to stay. The Girl who checked me in was Nice and friendly.! My room was Clean and Very Nice, except my Bed I feel like Bugs or something is Biting me, ever sense I’ve laid Down I feel things biting me in different parts of my Body.. God I hope it’s Not bed Bugs..!! Shure feels like it though!!

Property was clean, beds were comfortable, good breakfast with many warm foods (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles), juices, milk, cereal, fruit and breads. Wonderful staff. All facilities were small including breakfast room, lobby, guest rooms, except shower was spacious. Room so small there was not room for an easy chair & ottoman. Only a desk chair in the room. Price we paid for rooms was too high for the size of the room. Realize it was the weekend of graduation for 2 universities in town, but just because rooms were scarce for this weekend, that's no excuse for price gouging. (Booked thru *******)

It was ok For some reason our cell phones were not working - didn’t want to use your Wi-Fi because don’t like using public Wi-Fi The stay over all for that price was only ok

The young man who checked us in was helpful, friendly, and entirely welcoming. I hope he's having a great day.

I thought the breakfast was great. I appreciated the selection of food. The hotel was also very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was pleasant and efficient. The reason for the lower mark with comfort was because the lighting in the room was minimal. The availability of fruit and coffee before the breakfast opened was very much appreciated as I left at 4:30 AM.

I attempted to make a reservation on ******* for Country Inn & Suites on 1/29 for 2/2 & 2/3. The search engine changed the dates to highlight a lower price on 1/31. I had no reason to be in LaCrosse on 1/31. When I realized the bait-and-switch on 1/31 I immediately called both ******* and Country Inn & Suites and was charged for the stay regardless.. Going forward I will used Agoda to book stays and stay at the Super 8 Wyndham

No coffee in the morning but all the rotten bananas you can carry. This place has gone downhill quite a bit. Don’t book just because you had a good experience before

Definitely a good option for the area! The only thing I didn’t love was that the chair in our room had some spots on the arms which were suspicious. Other than that it was super clean!

We were in town for the Bi-State Wrestling tournament. We stayed at a different hotel downtown on Thursday night that had a lot of teams staying. The teams and coaches were all quiet by 10:15 or so. It was not the case here as it was after 11:45 that things quieted down. I tried to call the fro t desk at 11 and no one picked up. This is a 2-level facility so staff should have heard the running, yelling and etc. in the hallway for about an hour.

There was something on the tub. I'm not sure what it was. They had a problem checking me in also. Something with their new system. And our tv remote didn't work.

The staff was warming and inviting. Our room was clean and the lobby and breakfast area was spacious and clean.

Friendly desk staff at check in. Descent breakfast for free. I informed the staff twice that the water in the workout room was empty and they never fixed it. The room smelled like mold.
