Me hospede por tres semanas y en el transcurso de las tres semanas nunca hicieron aseo al cuarto. Hay cucarachas, mal olor en los sifones. Si a usted le gusta comer y dormir con cucarachas en su comida reserve acá. Es una porquería de hotel !!!

Un lugar muy sucio, con muchas cucarachas y la atención del personal pésima… para no regresar …en una semana solo quisieron limpiar la habitación una vez, siempre me decían que mañana la limpian …

I arrived late but could not check in. There was a phone at the locked front door with instructions to cal ext 500 to have someone check me in. No answer despite calling for 10 min. Had to find another hotel at 2:00 am. Not an easy thing to do.

The night front desk manager was horrible. I asked him his name, and he got offended and slammed the gate down in front of me. The hallway carpet to my room was dirty. They had a pest spray flyer in the hallway. Five minutes there i knew we need to go to a different place. They day manager was professional. She need to work at a better place. Hopefully that blessing will come true soon.

Bit noisy, no breakfast, coffee was provided by not great, the water in the shower kept leaking from the tap.

Decent stay, lady behind the counter was lovely. Walls a bit thin but other than that it was perfect, good location too

My stay was a leisure stay. the hotel appeared to be clean...however, when you get into the room it does have an insect problem in multiple rooms...the elevator is not as clean and the hallways are not as clean...front desk is not efficiently staffed to help new people trying to check in... there is no breakfast... no coffee. So this stay would be average as a kind gesture...if you're looking for somewhere to stay that's inexpensive and decent this would be the place

The staff was friendly and the property is in a good area, close to many stores and restaurants. Although, the room wasn’t very clean and there was a bug in one of the rooms we booked. The person who saw it claimed it was a roach. Also, the pillows smelled a little musty, like they didn’t even change the pillow covers on them.

Receptionist were amazing. What disappointed me was the cigarette smell all over the hallway and smell in the room as well.

The walls were paper thin. Whoever was in the room next to mine, it sounded like they were doing construction all night when they were probably just moving about in their room. When they walked across the floor, it sounded like thudding and pounding in my room. It went on all night long. The bathtub had several hairs in it before I ever used it. Internet didn’t work, even with the Wi-Fi password. The hallway smelled really bad. Will most definitely not stay there again.

No pots or pans etc and its an extended stay hotel. Needs upgraded

I like the views around the property, but what it really caught my eyes this morning was the Awesome Sunrise; luckily room 317 the one I spent the night in, faced the Beautiful and unforgettable Sunrise. Thank you WoodSpring and Suits. 👍😘

This hotel was okay at best. There were cockaroaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. I heard several arguments that were pretty intense. Nothing was done about it, it went on for like a half hour. if you have no other option it’s not the worst place you could stay I guess, but definitely better places then this around the same price. Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s the cheapest option you can find and can’t afford anything else. The cockaroaches really grossed me out more than anything, knowing they are there while I’m sleeping.
