房間衞生很好，地點也不錯，離大學很近，房間衹有冰箱，沒有微波爐。早餐需要另付費，還是不錯的。就是早上9:30打掃衞生的人就來敲門，讓人感覺不好。床是1.8的。總體來説還是很舒適的。

This Chapel Hill hotel could be great. The staff are so friendly, but... I have been here two times and BOTH times there was a false and obnoxious fire alarm in the middle of the night that gives no helpful instructions. The highlight was spending 4:00 am - almost 5:00 am in the cold parking lot with a hundred other poor patrons in pajamas, making the best of it, saying things like "at least it's not raining." This most recent stay the elevator alarm also went off after I got stuck in it and could not get anyone to answer the elevator phone. The rest of the stay I tried to avoid the elevator, but that made it hard to find my room, because the signage is so lacking. Even the way the route to parking seems designed to confuse people. Also the pool and spa water were absolutely disgusting with oil, so unclean and unsupervised. Nowhere close to the serenity of other Courtyard Marriott pool areas. For no reason the harshest overhead lights are on there no matter what time of night. Instead of feeling luxuriant, the guest ends ups feeling like a fool. And the breakfast is completely inedible. Coffee so bitter even with cream I couldn't get down more than a sip. Desiccated, seemed like freeze dried and then microwaved scrambled "eggs" and horrible cold bacon and undercooked potatoes for way too much money served up in styrofoam. The entire stay was a disaster of indifference by management to anything important to guests.

Have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. Very surprised to fine the hotel in such condition. Toilet seat in the room was broken. No water, towels, cleaning wipes in Fitness room. Hotel was not particularly clean either. In years past always found hotel to be very nice. What happened? Marriott is better than this.

Nice hotel, updated, clean. When we checked in we were told restaurant and housekeeping was closed the next day(Thanksgiving). Okay. Next day housekeeping came, when we got back to our room we noticed the pillow and blanket (which was folded inside the pillow case) we brought from home was missing. Went and told front desk. Said nothing they can do, housekeeping is gone. Went to front desk next morning,they called housekeeping who said they would look. Asked next two days. Response was either I don’t know or nothing we can do. Would not stay here again. They did not even offer to compensate us for the loss. We did not feel comfortable with housekeeping coming into our room after management did not care that they stole something of ours.

Beautiful grounds. Excellent breakfast options. Limited dinner options at Bistro. No exercise bike in fitness room.

Sheets were extremely thin/threadbare. A cold bagel (tight out of fridge) for $7. No in room coffee cups for last morning of stay. Mattress pad was very lumpy.

Second time booking Marriott Courtyard love the location and staff very clean and comfortable stay.

Rooms are solid, 2 beds, desk, and some space. Disappointment is the breakfast situation. There used to be a breakfast buffet and now it is ordering from an understaffed station.

Bathroom sink would hardly drain and TV did not work. Road traffic was terrible. Brix is a very good pizza restaurant very close to hotel.

The manager on duty was extremely helpful. The facility was beautiful, well laid out, in a convenient location. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel however AC in rooms need repair.

It was nice and comfortable very clean and quiet.

Nice hotel close to downtown.
