靠近城市中心，沒有早餐，舊的酒店翻新，靠近馬路隔音比較一般，睡眠不好的人不推薦。酒店衛生算乾淨吧沒有特別之處。

不要看該酒店吸引人照片，与事實不符🈴️，入住三晚第一晚馬桶不通，等到隔天早上10点才有維修人員來，住了3⃣️晚沒人打扫房間，每天早上去櫃檯要求清理房間，因為同行者月事來，弄髒了床单，但櫃枱人员總是愛理不理。房內咖啡炉、小冰箱也未提供。每日收$28元地下停車费但未安裝自動进出门，任何外人可进出極不安全。建物老舊房內空調聲音太吵雜，影響睡眠⋯⋯3⃣️晚房费加停車、娛樂設施费超过$600 性價比不高⋯⋯

Our room was a double queen. Had a small closet and zero drawers for clothes. I chose this hotel because it advertised EV chargers. I called ahead to confirm they were operational. When we arrived, only 1 of the 4 was working but it was for a Tesla, which our car is not. Not one of 4 staff members we asked knew anything about the chargers. Heat wasn't working the first day. Windows had no insulation and water puddled on the sills. Makeup mirror in bathroom was installed ridiculously low, requiring you to bend over to use.

Our room was a smaller room… part of the boutique size…staff was as very friendly…parking is overpriced we paid $12 a day across the street ($4 on weekends) I would recommend this hotel…

Front desk often not staffed. Relies entirely on remote messaging online interaction. No food on site. Not disclosed at booking that the restaurant was closed. Wi-Fi erratic especially early AM. Room was never cleaned during 3day stay. Of course all communication‘spoused to be online I guess but for 3-4 star hotel I expect in person help. Location is very good. Shame the service doesn’t match the location.

Overall an okay place to stay with friendly staff but wouldn't stay again. We were charged an additional fee for each day of the stay under "Guest Amenities" when we didn't use any of them. Upon calling to ask we were told this was an automatic charge for their amenities even if they are unused. (The "amenities" include items such as bottled water and coffee and tea in your room.)

I did not receive a paper receipt although I requested one. The electronic copy I received stated that my lodging was for two people although I requested and received lodging for one person. This complicates my ability to be compensated by my work for my stay. Staff was okay. One gentleman was very nice. Other staff were not as attentive. It took very long to check out. The person at the front desk gave attention to people who were not in line while I was waiting for my receipt. The lack of attention to my checking out almost caused me to be late for my flight. She also ignored my request for a paper receipt.

Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed the restaurant very much. Our room was nice and clean. The parking was safe and very convenient. Thank you!

Property is nice and I’ve stayed multiple times. This time there was a fire drill at 3:00 am in the morning. Obviously, we arose startled. There were no instructions from hotel staff, just sirens and flashing lights. As senior citizens we walked down 5 flights of stairs, walked on the street around the corner. When we entered the lobby, we found a staff member casually smiling and waving us off, saying “false alarm”. To add insult to injury, I’ve called 3 times and have yet to receive a return call 3 weeks later. Attention to details matters.

Appalling service at the bar. And it closed at 9 pm. Room had no AC and hotel never fixed it. Brought me a box fan. Which worked after 2 am when the air outside cooled.
