One of the things that really solidified the above and beyond service given at Windrow was the fact that when the screencast feature on the TV in my original hotel room wasn't working, I was able to switch rooms to one that worked!!! It was great!!!

Great stay. Very nice property. Parking could be a challenge but I was able to park in a lot behind the hotel. No overnight street parking.

Comfortable rooms in downtown. Fresh baked cookies at check in. Our room was missing a hairdryer and they ran one up in less than 5 minutes.

The hotel was right in downtown, very easy check in process. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy and the hotel was easily accessible from parking. Will 100% stay there again.

Very modern, clean, nice beds and bath. The parking lot does need some lighting, but it is easy to access the rear entrance of the hotel once you have your card key.

I love the fact it was right downtown which made it walkable to shops and dining. This is huge as public transit is virtually non-existent in Ellensburg. No driving necessary. Accessibility to property is a challenge. My car and another in loading zone area was almost side swiped. Not enough room to unlod as you are adjacent to a busy street. Can't open drivers door without worrying about your door getting crunched! There was no cart in the foyer so luggage was on the floor in the lobby. My friend in a wheelchair could not access the bar. I never saw a ramp or elevator down to the bar--only stairs.
