這個價格這種服務差不多，位置有點偏，附近像是工業區！酒店有簡單的早餐！

環境比較好，而且早餐不錯

Overall a nice stay! :-) nice complementary breakfast……..

The first room I was given had a non functional bathroom door. The barn-style bathroom doors are basically useless because they were not installed properly and kept getting stuck on the tile floors so they couldnt be shut. I asked to be moved to a different room, but even in the second room the same problem was evident. Poorly installed door rails, and bad engineering. The slide door would hit the refrigerator (that they so inconvenietly put in the path of it) so it could not be opened all the way, and neither would it close all the way. A few tiles on the floors were cracked. Overall got vibes of cheap construction and poor management/maintenance procedures. Not sure how this place passes as a 3-star hotel, because I've had better room conditions at a 2-star before.

Nunca se presentaron hacer la limpieza del cuarto a pesar de que se los pedimos en recepción, la gente que atiende en recepción muy prepotente y grosera, la verdad no recomiendo este hotel

In the description parking amd hot water were amenities i cluded in the price. When i got there they charged $7 to park a car in their parking lot and there was no hot water

The hotel was nice but had numerous problems. The room we were checked into had window blinds that would not open. We were moved to a room in which both the main door and the bathroom door that were very difficult to open and close. I tried to call the front desk because there was no stopper in the bathtub so I could not take a bath, but the phones are out of order so I had to go down to the desk to report it. I was given 2 key cards for each room and only one of therm worked for each door and I had to go back to get them replaced. Also, the guest keys would not work for the gym and pool doors. The door on the rear of the building was almost impossible to get through.

I was promised a king bed. Was told if I wait till 3pm the room would be ready . Upon check in I was told I could not get one and I was an OVERFLOW person. Was never told of continental breakfast.

Texas was very humid, and the AC in the hotel didn’t help at all! The rooms felt very humid as well and it was very hard to sleep

The indoor pool was ice cold in an air conditioned room. That was a deciding factor over several other hotels and was a non benefit. Not walkable at all due to construction. Would not recommend

Overall nice hotel. Only negative was felt the suite was only a couch by the window which wasn't worth the extra money.

Always use holiday in express first disappointment cleanse and room selection even when I selected and paid for a suite
