Fantastic hotel, breakfast is amazing, very good location The only disqdvqntage is the parking costs

This hotel is incredible. From check-in to check-out it was such an amazing experience. Receptionist Bat El made the process so smooth and helped us upgrade our room. The food was spectacular from breakfast to dinner. The executive lounge was a nice place to hang out and snack and have drinks. The room was perfect with incredible views of the city and the beach. If we ever return to Tel Aviv, we will always stay here. Just perfection!

La chambre est correcte, la propreté un peu moins. La cuisine traditionnelle est très bonne, le reste est présomptueux. La piscine est bien, l'acces direct à la plage est manquant. Il a fallu pleurer pour avoir une chambre correcte, la première donnait sur les toits.

Très bel hôtel. Super piscine ,personnel attentionné avec deux personnes en particulier à la réception :Lior et Galit ,cette dernière francophone ,a fait monter des ballons et petits fours pour mon fils qui venait d’avoir juste 11 ans la veille :))) Petit déjeuner au top ,un des meilleurs que j’ai eu !!!

Excellent hotel!! Service is amazing! Everyone is so attentive and helpful. I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend. Room cleaning was efficient and well done. Check in was seamless, with very helpful staff. Everything felt just right, you can tell they make the effort to ensure guests have a great experience.

La mejore que tiene el hotel es el desayuno. Las instalaciones esta bien, pero yo le daría 4 estrellas maximo. Lo peor que tiene son sus empleados, son extremadamente groseros, maleducados y te hacen sentir realmente mal.

Staff not trained, i paid for bellvue room which was in reality a spalla alle and after i complained we were move to a see view but much smaller. Lift very slow.

We booked our stay to spend NY and were very dissapointed with the overall experience. We were put next guest who are smokers and even though it clearly said smoking is not allowed, the guest next to us smoked everyday and the smell carried through our room. We complained multiple times to management and they did nothing. We don't smoke and could smell cigarette everytime the guest next to us smoked on the balcony. Not worth what we paid. They only care about the money not the guess wellbeing especially being pregnant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. MUCH BETTER HOTELS AND SERVICES ELSEWHERE.

Il faisait très beau c’est dommage qu’on ne nous aut pas signalé que la piscine était fermée alors que sue le site c’était précis lors de la réservation piscine Et j’ai reçu un mail de l’hôtel disant que j’étais surclassée mais sur place ça n’a pas été fait . On m’a donné de fausses excuses Par contre le petit dej était top et le dîner de vendredi soir excellent

Disappointing stay, especially for the price. When I checked in the room did not have the normal coffee/espresso pods or any water in the room. I was then told that one bottle of water comes at check in but after that, would cost money, which ended up being about $6. The other 5 star hotels I stayed at in Tel Aviv provided unlimited amounts and had the rooms fully stocked upon check-in. The rooms themselves are dated and there are several spots on the walls, dressers, etc. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the location was great and most of the staff were nice.

Parfais pour un séjour à Tél Aviv. La situation face à la mer et au centre des points d’intérêts de la ville. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est remarquable. Un petit bémol: 1chaine de Télé en française….

La reception ha 6 postazioni ma lavorano solo due persone, lenti in maniera estenuante, servizio di cambio moneta non sempre disponibile, bollitore in camera rotto, spa microscopica. Staff pulizie camere molto gentile, ottima colazione

Bel Hôtel bien situé près du souk. Luxueux. Très bon séjour.

great place, nice rooms, great executive lounge service and front desk.Needs improvement in the main breakfast area as service is not so good and a bit slow
