Uitstekend hotel in Varna. Ruimtelijke kamers, zeer goede bedden en uitstekende complete badkamer, keurig koffie en thee faciliteiten. Uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt, en prima keuken voor diner. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kortom een echte aanrader

I stayed in room number 802, it is a room in which it would be nice to have a refurbishment. The general cleanliness was not bad, but during the night there were bedbugs in my bed that bit me all over my body and very hard. Due to the fact that my flight left very early in the morning, I didn't have time to comment it at the reception, but I want to share it here so that it can be checked and it doesn't happen again to anyone.

Заказан был стандартный номер,сделали нам апгрэйд на Deluxe.Номер большой с панорамными окнами с видом на парк и море.Завтрак нормальный,но не супер.Были удевлены полным отсутствием разных видов корнфлекса и егуртов,но в любом случае голодным не останитесь.Уборка каждый день,но странная-чашки оставались не мытыми.До моря 700 метров по парку-офицерский пляж,до центра 10 мин пешком.Рекомендую гостиницу.

Made reservations almost 6 months in advance of our travel and spoke to the front desk via Orbitz messaging and email in the weeks leading up, yet we were told at check in they would not honor our reservation. The front desk staff denied ever hearing of the Orbitz website nor having any record of our communications. At nearly midnight, we had to find different accommodations because this hotel did not recognize our Orbitz reservation.

great views, location, service, breakfast and all I exoect from 5* hotel. Spa service is separate - but pool and sauna/steam room are included.

Rooms are spacious, sea view is gorgeous. I stayed 8 nights and I was happy about the service and property condition. As a repeating customer, I recommend this hotel.

Large room, great view, very convenient to beach, wonderful breakfast, helped getting car into car parking which is challenging, nice bar. Just wish front desk staff had been friendlier.

Fantastic hotel, Great location, Wonderful staff and very friendly love this hotel we have stayed here three times now as we travel to Varna every year. Spa is great too. Only problem is the parking so busy and congested outside the hotel and no where to park !! Also did not get the VIP access bottle of wine or the VIP ******* offer from the hotel

The good: staff was friendly and helpful, good location, near city centre, the sea park is at the hotel’s doorstep. The views from the higher floor sea rooms are amazing, room was spacious. Nice spa. Good breakfast. The bad: no english tv channels apart from one obscure news channel ( but many in russian, few italian and german). the TV was not smart, unable to use netflix. The welcome wine bottle was delivered opened, which is unhygenic and a waste in case you dont want to drink it at that moment. The front desk manager added insult by hinting that the reason they dont deliver the bottle with bottle opener is so customers dont steal it. Gym opens late, for early starters 10am is not good.
