Les plages magnifiques tout près

Everything was very nice except the hot tub was down. We called a few days prior and we were told the pool and hot tub was operational. After walking arounf the historical city was were hoping to relax in the hot water.

The rooms are comfortable and clean; check in is very easy; and the location offers great walkability. While there is no bar or restaurant on site, they do offer a basic breakfast (for an extra charge) and have a "pantry" from which you can purchase food/necessities. Front desk staff were kind and helpful.

We booked this hotel after our first hotel ended up being very noisy. Our stay at the Hilton however was very relaxing and quiet, we'll definitely be back!

The stay overall was good. After checking out, we realized that we left an item hanging in the closet in the bedroom. Called hotel and the item wasn't located.

The Room was great and the staff was fantastic. Great location to go to the beach and to go downtown. Overall a great stay.

There was a lot of guests on our floor creating a lot of noise and arguing out loud in the hallway late into the night. Will not stay there again

The staff is great. Amy at the front desk was super helpful. Great dining within walking distance.

Our room (and the whole hotel) was super clean. Front desk staff very friendly and had good dinner recommendations. We were traveling by bike and had no issues bringing our rigs into the room. Hot tub was nice after almost 90 miles that day.

Wonderful stay! Clean and close to all attractions and plenty of free parking

Room was not ready at 4:00 PM check in. Waited 45 minutes for room to be ready. Missed dinner reservations…. Very unhappy.

We stayed only for one night and everything was good. we did not enjoy the beach because it was late November and a rainy evening. it is located 20 min away from Historic St. Augustine.

Room looked old, needed updating. Cabinet doors off hinges on almost every cabinet. Tub caulking looked like it was bulging out. Couch had a giant rip on top. Not a good room.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine Beach was generally fantastic, with notable highlights in its convenient location close to beaches and city attractions. The accessibility to the beach and the proximity to key attractions added immense value to my experience. However, the only drawback was the room, which seemed a bit dated. Despite the aging room, the hotel's other amenities and services were commendable, and the welcoming atmosphere, along with its strategic location, made it a memorable stay. With a room upgrade or refurbishment, the Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine Beach would undoubtedly offer an even more exceptional stay for future guests.
