I have often visited this hotel but this was first time that I visited with my partner. Unfortunately he had suffered an injury before leaving home and by our first morning this deteriorated. The staff were excellent. The receptionist gave us details of local medical facilities and was obvious she had first aid knowledge. Throughout our 5 day stay all staff were kind and supportive. The receptionist, Jo, was particularly caring. Before leaving my partner became my fiancé and the reception staff helped us celebrate. We cannot praise them enough .

No working WiFi (many guests complaining) and not much in the way of mobile signal either. Kids beds in family room creaked so loudly that a couple one of us had to resort to sleeping on the floor. Recepstaff not particularly bothered about either issue.

The noisiest corridor carpets in the world - seems to be obligatory in Premier Inns. Room cleaning now has to be asked for, not daily. Without regular room cleaning how will the hotel now of room defects? It now seems to be more about profit than providing a good experience.

We stayed one night before an early morning flight. Very friendly woman on reception. The room was ok, but slightly gloomy. There was a heavily stained sofa in one corner. The bed was comfortable but I don’t think that I would want to stay more than one night.

Currently staying here tonight in room 9. Great value for money before our early flight from Norwich. We arrived at 4.30pm to be greeted by a very pleasant and courteous lady in reception. She was from the Philippines and was very professional with a very welcoming reception. First impressions count and she was a credit to the hotel chain. After booking us in she provided us with 25% discount cards for brewers fayre next door. Our room was very nice with everything we’d need for comfortable nights stay. I asked for extra pillows as they were missing from drawer underneath wardrobe. The receptionist apologised and sorted it within a minute. More importantly it was done with a smile. We regularly book premier inns at stansted or wherever we fly from and it’s always competitively priced. Thoroughly recommend this hotel if flying from Norwich and much cheaper than holiday inn

Has zero roadside appeal, rooms basic but clean, but noise insulation is appalling, like sleeping between a race track and having elephants in the loft. Avoid at all costs.

Wanted to go away for a nice relaxing weekend and spend time with my wife but couldn’t sleep as kids were jumping around in the room next door and the room felt damp

Stayed at he Norwich airport hotel for 2 nights for a sporting event. I’ve always had good sleep at premier inn but this room the window hinge was broken with a massive gap at the top of the sash so all the noise from McDonald’s next door and the airport traffic was unreal I had hardly any sleep over 2 nights really dissatisfied after a 7 hour drive.

We stayed for one night while we visiting our grandad and attending his surprise 90th birthday party. We were greeted by a warm and welcoming lady who offered early check in for a small fee. I had a slight issue with my booking (Which seems to have been my mistake when booking) and she did everything she could to sort it out and also managed to ensure our room was next door to my sister and her family. When I checked in at 3pm there was a different lady, who was also very warm and welcoming. She checked us in quickly and booked in our early dinner and breakfast for the following morning. Our room was clean and ready for us and it had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of storage space and there were extra pillows if we’d needed them. Reception staff were able to recommend available taxi services and share local knowledge. They were also lovely with my son, speaking to him about our plans. We will definitely stay again!

Premier Inn is my usual go-to for a stop over. A reliable service, parking, quiet rooms, blackout curtains, comfortable bed and decent shower. Breakfast available (though not included in the price). Receptionists are usually very friendly.

The room was perfect for an overnight stay ready for an early flight the next morning. All staff were friendly and helpful. It looks a little dated on the outside. Wouldn't use the brewers fayre next door again, as staff weren't very friendly and food was mediocre.

I recently stayed on a Norfolk travel trip, It is ideal as an overnight base . The location was great & easy to get to from North Norfolk & the to get out to get further down the east coast the next day. The lady on reception was absolutely wonderful & cheerful & very welcoming. The room was comfortable & clean. The hotel was quiet & after a long day outdoors a good sleep was welcomed. Great value & recommended if you are exploring Norfolk as there is great road access.

Beds were comfortable and rooms was clean and tidy. The heater made a clicking noise when the thermostat reached temperature that would wake me up throughout the night extremely annoying ended up switching the heating off so the room was cold when I got up, the walls / ceiling seamed to be very thin, the rooms either side and on top of me I could hear what was going on the room above sounded like they had heavy boots on (I guess they didn't) but it was loud, the room to my right sounded like they were having a much better time than me, as the woman in the was agreeing along with something very enthusiastically although I couldn't hear the other person most of the time. So I did not sleep well at all throughout the night.

From Arriving on Thursday 7th Feb first class service, both from the Hotel Staff and The Restaurant, Particulary Maggie and a Lady today at Breakfast who's name i have forgotten, i know she works part time, and is passed retirement age, she is a Born Leader, her name is Sue, (i also used to work in Hospitality, so you learn to spot Great Staff )and a young Blonde Girl 10/10 Great Value for money, my only criticism was the skin on fries were cold and not crispy, i felt they had been warmed up in the Microwave, i sent them back @
