這家酒店物有所值

一切都很好！就連餐廳的食物也很好吃。會再次預訂。

遇到了超額預訂的問題。當我到達時他們沒有房間給我。他們把我送到街對面的另一家旅館。第二天晚上我又回到了這家旅館。對工作人員和發生的事情沒有留下深刻的印象。第二天晚上我得到了免費的東西作為補償。只是不喜歡超額預訂和去另一家酒店帶來的不便。謝謝。

這家酒店華麗而優雅。我們得到了客房服務，因為正在舉辦一場大型訂婚派對。食物很好，但價格部分太小了，根本不值這個錢。迷你吧裡的一小瓶香檳要 80 美元，因為那天是我女兒的生日，這太離譜了。但總而言之，住宿體驗很愉快，除了為我們辦理退房的那位女士之外，工作人員非常友好，她幾乎讓我和我的女兒覺得我們不是住在那裡的“合適的人”

我和我的妻子在這家歷史悠久的美麗酒店度過了愉快的夜晚！很棒的員工和便利設施，我們甚至得到了免費升級的房間，因為我們應該得到的房間正在進行深度清潔。

We booked a room with 2 double beds, when we arrived we were downgraded to a room with one bed and told it would be a bigger room and they would bring us a cot ... The room was actually smaller and when they brought the cot it was so big it would take up the walking space in the room ... My son Michael is handicapped and it would have made it too difficult for him to get to the washroom .. additionally my son has to sleep in the middle of a double or bigger bed with pillows propped on his sides or he could roll off the bed and injure himself and if I slept in the one bed with my son I could be accidentally struck as his limbs spasm while he sleeps .. so I slept in the chair ... Not well! Additionally the bathroom was dirty, and the fridge was not well stocked (very few items) and when I had a shower in the morning there was no hot water... And so my son didn't shower as it would have caused him too much discomfort ... when we sent the rollaway cot back at least the manager gave us a complimentary breakfast but as a senior citizen I was not feeling well after sleeping in a chair all night. In all it was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had and certainly not worth the high cost!!! 4 star hotel ... No way!!!

可悲的是，埃德蒙頓的費爾蒙酒店已經過了好日子。酒店開始顯得破舊，需要進行重大整修。特別是泳池區和淋浴區。對於飯店的收費來說，這家飯店的標準應該是一流的。

工作人員令人難以置信。友善且樂於助人。我們非常放鬆並且玩得很開心。池子是A！房間非常好。他們為我們添加了一些特別的細節。這是一個驚喜而且非常好。

Broken beds,no hot water for days for most customers,over priced rooms with poor amenities and poor front desk service to deal with raising problems.Poor area with drug problems cause deaths right across the street,seeing a body being removed isn't appealing.

Booked the Gold Level room for 2 nights. At check in was advised there was a mistake and I would be down graded to a different room for a slightly less expensive rate. I asked if I could get the Gold level for my second night, the front desk clerk indicated it was fully booked for night 2 as well. The room i got looked like it hadnt been remodelled in 30 years. I regularly stay in Edmonton and the room i received was definitely the worst Ive ever had. I decided to check out the next morning. At check out the front desk staff advised that they could switch me to Gold however I'd already booked at another hotel. Then they charged me $25? I believe for drinking a bottle of water and a jar of nuts from the mini bar. Beautiful property. Also noticed some required repairs in hallway leading to my room.
