Charm and Chic e’ un B&B pensato e trattato con amore, nel cuore di Roma. Abbiamo alloggiato lì tre giorni (due notti) e siamo stati piacevolmente accolti e coccolati. Luca si è occupato dell’accoglienza ed è stato disponibile su ogni nostra richiesta; Michela è la signora che cura la colazione e anche lei è stata veramente squisita. La struttura ha 4 camere. Noi abbiamo occupato la camera “Diamante”, molto carina, spaziosa e ben arredata. Un solo suggerimento: una luce un po’ più forte sullo specchio del bagno. Pulizia ottima: ogni angolo della struttura è pulito, profumato e in ordine. Posizione eccellente: in pochi minuti si raggiungono a piedi i monumenti e le terrazze panoramiche più belle di Roma. Servizio Wi-Fi perfetto. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Grazie 🙏🏼 Torneremo sicuramente 🧡

Myself and my 10 year old daughter stayed here for 5 nights on our first trip to Rome. The place itself is not too hard to find, one street back off the main shopping thoroughfare (behind H&M), as long as your maps are working you’ll find it no problem. We were sent clear instructions on how to access the property before we arrived and we’re able to self check in with the permission of the property, about an hour early. By chance we ran into one of the owners when we arrived who couldn’t have been more helpful on our first day. After that we barely ran into anyone else at all, in passing a couple of other guests. The shining light is Michaela the property’s wonderful housekeeper - every morning she made us feel so welcome, completely at home. An angel. The hotel is on the second floor of the building, however there is a small elevator so you don’t have to drag heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs. It’s also perfectly situated, 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. 5 mins to Spanish Steps. 20 mins walk to Colosseum and 30 mins walk to Vatican City. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again when we return.

The hotel is very nice.. actually a room in a converted apartment.. so no public spaces. Good location and clean comfortable beds and room. Initial contact with the manager was slow and a bit abrupt before we arrived but everything worked out eventually. Very nice friendly housekeeper.

booked this through booking .com ,emailed both numerous times over a 3 week period to confirm a late check in as flights had been changed ,they said they had contacted property and property would be in touch -heard nothing ,i emailed property 4 times -again heard nothing .An absolute shocking level of customer service ,now changed my booking to another hotel who managed to reply to me in 5 minutes .It is an embarrassment to booking .com to have properties like this on their site .avoid at all costs

THE GOOD POINTS. it’s well located near the pantheon. the suite room was spacefull and clean. THE BAD POINTS. VERY NOISY FROM 6 AM BECAUSE JUST UP THE BUTCHER SHOP. During 4 days we saw absolutely no one and was no given any informations VERY LIGHT BREAKFAST. Only a coffee bottle juice and one croissant. Served in a restaurant near the place THE LAST COMMENTS WERE ALMOST 1 YEAR OLD…. Thats bad …..
