It was good but i hope they put soap inside the bathroom.

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were given a room at the end of hallway so it’s pretty quite. Room is clean. Breakfast could have more choices.

The hotel is a wonderful location. Very comfortable. I look forward to staying here again.

Customer Service & Attitude of Staff was Terrible. They advertise that they are a pet friendly hotel but be warned - only certain rooms. We booked the most expensive room for the night, arrived late (10pm) due to driving through poor winter conditions, only to be told the room we had wasn’t allowed to have pets. Beds weren’t as comfortable as their competitors. Will never stay at another Super 8 again.

Maybe make sure some of the corners get clean everyonce in a while. But other then that it was really good.

The staff was amazing, they let me check in early so i could drop off my stuff before crossing over to the united states to go.shopping .. its clean quiet here. Love it

Terrific. Parking lot well lit andmaintained , hotel hallways and room clean. Excellent breakfast area and plenty of choices. Never out of coffee or anything else.

Room very clean but upon arrival it took a very long time to warm up as did the mattress. We appreciated the microwave and fridge but the room lacked electrical outlets. One outlet, only one plug worked. No USB ports. Good value for the price.

Great & friendly staff. The hotel is good and is what you’d expect for the place and location.

Sofa bed had no sheets or blankets. Hotel had no extra pillows either. Room heater was obnoxiously loud. Was my own fault, booked online shoulda got the 2 beds in the room, accidentally booked room with 1 bed and sofa for the same price. Price was reasonable tho and the room was clean. Waffles were good in the morning I’d stay there again but next time get a room with 2 queen beds

I went to check into the property and they wanted a 1000 deposit ontop of the cost of the room. This was never mention upon booking. I did not have the extra 1000. They offered me a different room but still with a 500 deposit ontop of the cost of the room. I feel it was unfair this wasnt mentioned in the booking confirmation. I ended up having to find different accommodations for the night.

First time in the Soo! Nice area that has many amenities on the street, yet very quiet!

Always a clean and quiet stay. It is one of the few places I've been with an automatic door opener.

Everything seemed clean. The bed was very hard, not comfortable and up to normal standards
