This is one of the worst hotels in which I have ever stayed. The quality of service was very poor: Small rooms, small TV. The owner of the hotel didn't want to issue an invoice for my stay. It took me three days to get it ... Finally after threatening the hotel owner that I will cancel my card payment for the stay he has issued the invoice. The hotel owner accussed me of smoking in the hotel room which was completely not true. I'm a non smoking person... I have really bad experience related to the stay at this Hotel. For sure I won't stay there again in the future.

Very good location near everything you need from food to drink to trains very clean hotel helpful staff and you get a fee ticket for the hanging train , only slight downside was the price of the buffet breakfast a little steep for the choice however what was offered was very nice and good quality

Wollte dieses Hotel für Übernachtung buchen - aber sehr unfreundlicher dickerer Portier mit Glatze in rotem T-Shirt war beleidigend. Habe mir schnell anderes Hotel in der Nähe gesucht. Das muss man sich nicht bieten lassen, wenn man selber freundlich ist.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, das Bad super Eng Mobiliar sehr alte, Matratze unbrauchbar. Die Überraschung war in der Dusche kam zuerst mal kein Wasser nach Beschwerde kam zwar das Wasser aber viel zu heiß also absolut unbrauchbar um sich zu duschen

Een klein hotel in het centrum van Wuppertal. het is klein, maar schoon, alleen zijn de bedden wat doorgezakt. maar voor 1 nachtje was dat te doen. we hadden een ontbijt erbij, maar een dag van te voren belde het hotel ons keurig op om te zeggen dat er geen ontbijt was op de dag voor kerst omdat ze dan dicht waren.
