Tuve una experiencia buena en este alojamiento. Reservé una noche para descansar y quedé muy satisfecho con la estancia. El precio fue muy razonable para la calidad del servicio que recibí. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, lo cual era exactamente lo que necesitaba para recargar energías. El proceso de registro fue rápido y eficiente. Definitivamente consideraré volver en el futuro y lo recomendaré a otros que busquen un lugar tranquilo para descansar a un precio asequible."

El apartamento un 10 una estancia agradable Con todo lo necesario ,cafetera,tostadora,lavadora ,secador,toallas ect... Nada de ruido Andando a 30 min de todo el centro . Justo en el parque Yamaguchi para dar un paseo y si tienes perrete genial . Zona también donde poder comer ,cenar tapear . Zona de aparcamiento todo es de pago pero te recomiendo zona naranja pagas 4,35 y tienes 24h . No e subido fotos por qué hice video pero superó las expectativas. Todo nuevo todo limpio

La limpieza de los baños muy mal, mamparas sin limpiar llenas de cal y oxido en los azulejos falta más aseo en los baños

Me gustó la calefacción central y el aire acondicionado auxiliar: Pamplona es realmente fría en invierno; y la atención y amabilidad de la recepcionista joven que me atendió. En áquel momento de la tarde había dos, tuve suerte y me hizo el check in una amable y joven recepcionista (había leido comentarios no positivos sobre la recepción y la encargada nada acogedores).No me gustó que a pesar de haberles realizado el pago me exigieron revisar la tarjeta manualmente,lo observo peligroso para el cliente, a parte del riesgo higiénico y sanitario-

La temperatura era perfecta y la cama, bendita!!

Stayed one night while walking the camino. Great value, very basic. A supermarket and restaurants close by and the Camino route is only 5 minutes away.

terrible, you were scared there. Walls extremely dirty, furniture broken. Look like several ************ lived there for a long time. You also were scared that the sheets and blankets were not clean. In the morning somebody try to open the room, as it was a mistake. I asume that try to enter to still our belongings. never, never go there. Terrible, estuvimos con miedo. Todo terriblemente sucio, las paredes realmente asquerosas, los muebles todos rotos. parece que yonkis vivieron allí durante años. Por la mañana alguien haciendose el despistado intentó entrar. Imagino que para robar, menos mal que estaba alli para darle un grito. Nunca, Nunca ir allí. mejor dormir en la calle.

I was really disappointed. First the lies: nobody speaks english and you din t have your iwn bathtoom. The 2 bathrooms are shared between 4 bedrooms (8 people). Second the cleaning: the floor is clean but there is only 1 garbage for the whole apartment (in one of the bathroom) and the toilet is leaking (floor always wet). Do NOT trust the manager with your dirty laundry: she lost some clothes and use the tumble dryer even if we specifically told her nit too. As a result, half our clothes had shrink. Third the noise: paper walls,you can hear everything and you have no privacy. Conclusion: you get what you pay for. It is cheap for Pamplona but lower your expectation and stay only 1 night

This pension was as advertized, clean and comfortable. Exceptionally quiet. The neighborhood has parks, markets, restaurants and in a few blocks, a good laundry for those of us coming of The Camino. The staff was REALLY helpful arranging a taxi pickup early in the day and directing with a good map to the laundry. Be sure you understand the hours they are open as I miscalculated my arrival and had to wait. Excellent towels and, for the price, a spacious room. Good wifi. Would definitely stay here again.
