距離兩個客户都很近的酒店 現代化裝修 很不錯喲

El hotel es un 4 estrellas. Un hotel limpio, personal muy simpatico, agradable… es un sitio que recomendaria siempre que quieras ir de paso… ya que el centro de Zagreb en si esta bastante lejos. Habitacion muy amplia. Eso si.. OJO! En TRIP ponía APARCAMIENTO GRATUITO… y hemos tenido que pagar 7€ por día… nada de gratuito… Lo recomendaria si volveria de paso por Zagreb… el desayuno por ejemplo si esta incluido y es muy variado y rico!!!

Im Grunde und Ganze waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ich hoffe wir haben die Möglichkeit das nächste mal alle Serviceleistungen die sehr umfänglich sind zu testen.

Close to the highway. Good connections to the downtown of Zagreb by bus or Uber. Breakfast of good quality and the spa&welness quite big with whirlpool, steam and finish sauna. Service very customer friendly. We enjoyed the stay in this hotel!

10 mins away from airport, around the hotel is nothing. Room is ok, annoying is rule which ban bribing your own food and drinks and threats of 20 euros penalty.

La réservation mentionnait un grand lit et à l’arrivée c’est deux lits simples. A l’accueil, la personne n’a rien voulu entendre.

Room confortable and clean. Breakfast buffet is very good. When in Zagreb I always stay in Aristos. Perfect.

The Staff was great friendly and helpful, the room the Bed was terrible the matress the TV didn't work any Chanel, i have pictures of the Chanels on TV,no fridge in the room no Bar in the Room as advertised online, the Safe for pasports or other documents or valuable items wasn't working.. The breakfast was 10/10 great love it.

Unfortunately this hotel was not an ideal stay. No coffee options provided in the room. Spa (jacuzzi) unavailable to use once it closes (wish I knew this). The bed was very uncomfortable, towels horrible, bedding not good. Make this an in and out stay like I did.. I wouldn’t stay longer. Waiter very kind though.

酒店外面看起來不錯。 大堂看起來不錯。 走廊和房間的地毯都很舊。 床很不舒服，躺下時可以感覺到彈簧。

Miserable internet, sauna and wellness area for 12 € an hour, in the hotel description it wasn't. Cigarette butts under the bed, candy packaging. Air conditioning didn't work, too hot in November ... Open the window - too loud. Breakfast is a joke. Instant kafe, two types of cheese, at most 2 star hotel. Never never more!
