1st class place for a relaxing holiday,1st class service.Fantastic views,a clean and well kept pool.You can order food to your room or eat in Waves restaurant which is part of the hotel,nothing is to much trouble for the staff who are happy to help,a king size bed plus money exchange.

A fantastic place to stay views over the lake just over the road is the beach.The service was 1st class.relaxed in the well kept pool looking over the lake,we were in a wooden cottage with lake views watching the eagles and kingfishers,a king size bed and room cleaned every day.We were given a gift from them as we left a wall clock with the hotel on the face.

Very good and peaceful property to stay in Cherai Looking forward to visit again in future. The staff is very cooperative. They have got many activities to do in the evening at the backwaters areas too. Thank you for your hospitality and making me feel so comfortable.

a great experience @ maliekal heritance. well maintained rooms, friendly staff and awesome food @ waves restaurant, facing the sea. had a fantastic stay. highlight is the location of the property. walkable distance to beach and has access to the lake as well. with kayaking, fishing, pedal boating and a breathtaking view of the lake. had a relaxing vacation with family. thank you for a wonderful ecperience

Great experience at the resort, the staff were so polite and friendly. The food at the Waves restaurant was amazing, especially the sea foods were excellent. A wonderful ambience with the backwaters on one side and sea at the other side. One of the best stays in Cherai.

We like the ambiance, but the guest experience was terrible. We walked in the burning sun and staff was least concerned about us, rather tried to market paid massage services at the help desk. People in the front desk must learn to engage guests with smile and comfort. They seemed to be busy in their own world, also forgot to give us ‘welcome letter’ and nit bithered to explain about property. We had to call them and remind regarding wifi password. The overall experience was poor they need to really work on hospitality.

It was our first visit to Kochi and Maliekal resort made it so special for us. The rooms, the hospitality and the services were impeccable। One must do have a stay here ! Highly recommended. And special thanks to staff Shalima and Sijidas. Cheers !

A very warm and cosy experience. Excellent staff and service. Beautiful surroundings and good food. I will rate it 5 Stars as the beach and back waters both close by. Great ambience. The Spa treatment was good. The Tranquil Jaccusi Room was good for a family of 2.

We stayed in Màliekal resorts for 2 nights. This is our third time staying here. For the first time we could notice every facility posted in the Website actually available. Very clean and well maintained. You will never be disappointed. The ambience was really fantastic. The garden and landscaping was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We will definitely go back.

Lovely setting, very friendly staff, very helpful attending to all your needs, very clean and tidy, lovely gardens to the lakeside, serving afternoon teas on the boat or floating platforms, which was complementary between five o’clock and six o’clock every night

It was the best resort i have ever been to. The staffs were very friendly. The place was realy a lovely relaxing & a refreshing place to stay at. The rooms were well maintained. The food provided there where so tasty so we need not bother to think to buy from outside. Over the experience was so excellent.
