【2024年】RNLI 大學酒店 評價・真實住客意見評論及評分

We visited the RNLI College for the Launch A Memory event on the weekend of April 13-14 and got to see my dad's name on Eric's Legend 13-40. Everything ran so smoothly and it was a beautiful afternoon filled with great memories. Accommodation was full so we stayed next door. We came over to the College several times for the event and also to enjoy the restaurant. The staff from the front desk to the gift shop were awesome! Friendly smiles and going the extra mile is the epitome of the 5-star service they provide at every point! The best kept secret is the upstairs bar / cafe where we enjoyed drinks after the event and watched the sunset over the water getting great glimpses of the opening twin sail bridge. Advice: Go for the amazing Sunday roast buffet but do call ahead to make reservations. We look forward to staying here on a future visit to Poole as there simply isn't a nicer hotel to stay - or to eat and drink.

We attended the RNLI commemorative event, “Launch a Memory” where we had the opportunity to see my late mother’s name alongside others, incorporated into the decal of “Eric’s Legend”. Fantastically organised from start to finish with designated time slots and friendly and informative staff. A very moving experience for us as a family and the building, the all day breakfast, and the fantastic sculptor portraying a rescue at sea all contributed to our lovely day. Worth a visit on any day and a charity so worthy of our support.

I cannot praise the College enough The staff are friendly and helpful The restaurant was amazing and the chef went the extra mile and the care that he took with my special diet was exceptional 100 out of 10 is not enough The food for my husband had was awesome too we will be returning in May and can't wait

Had a fantastic time here celebrating our wedding anniversary. Room, food, service, view and everything else was absolutely perfect. Loved it as I'm a RNLI mega fan and volunteer and wanted to visit for years. If you are a lifeboat geek like myself this place is 10/10 We especially like to mention Owen, Olena from the catering team and Evelyn from the tour team who were especially helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They all deserve a big thank you :) Thank you so much for looking after us so well. We look forward to coming back soon. Can't wait ❤️

Came for a tour and had lunch in the restaurant. Really good tour, so good to see a professional, efficient ethos devoted to saving lives at sea replicated in hospitality. Great lunch, tasty and good views from the restaurant. Will come back!!
