晚上 9 點半左右到達飯店。我注意到空調有點熱。但我心想，我先讓它運行一會兒。也許很快就會好轉。一個小時後，天氣還是很熱，於是我打電話給接線員，她說她會派人來我們房間。等了大約 30 分鐘或更長時間，仍然沒有人來。我第二次打電話，她說她會再派人來我們房間。就這樣，沒有人來我們的房間幫我們開冷氣。我們已經太累了，等不及了。那天晚上我 8 個月大的寶寶睡覺時出汗，我不得不用他們放在床邊的筆記本給他搧風。退房時，我向接待員和經理投訴了這件事，他們在系統上查看到問題已經解決。這顯然是謊言。所以經理說他會調查此事，並向我承諾了一些事情。所以我希望他能信守諾言。我是這裡的常客，所以我知道冷氣出了問題。我知道這家酒店的品質。所以，讓我們看看經理是不是認真的。

之前看到一些負評，我還有點擔心，但實際體驗比我想像的要好得多。 酒店就在傑塞爾頓碼頭正對面，所以即使環島遊結束後下起了大雨，走回去也很方便，這點很棒。 我們一行四人，房間很寬敞。客廳有餐桌，還有兩間浴室，非常方便。 這是一家無菸飯店，所以整體來說還算舒適。房間有點陳舊，也有些霉味，但 即使是我這種對衛生要求很高的人，也沒覺得有什麼大問題。 不過，淋浴過濾器是必須的。工作人員很友好，退房時間是中午12點，時間很充裕。附近還有咖啡館和蘇利亞薩巴購物中心，非常方便。

旺季在亞庇性價比很不錯的酒店！這個酒店有年代了，但應該近期裝修過，大堂和客房裝修是偏英式的，個人很喜歡。衞生的話一間可以，另一間有沒清完的垃圾，水平可能不一，不挑的話還可以的。服務響應很快，前台説英語為主。酒店有户外泳池和健身房。酒店位置個人覺得挺方便的，因為我們到哪都打車，白天都在外面玩，晚上才回去，所以樓下步行距離有沒有飯店無所謂。大茄來步行可達。反而周圍挺安靜的。

我在Promenade Hotel度過了愉快的時光。飯店地理位置優越，位於市中心，靠近購物中心、海濱景點和餐飲場所。這裡是探索哥打京那巴魯的理想下榻之地。 大廳和公共區域寬敞舒適。我的房間乾淨舒適，維護良好，並配備了我所需的所有基本設施。海景房尤其值得入住，因為可以欣賞海濱的日落美景。 早餐提供各種當地和國際美食，但餐廳在高峰時段可能會非常擁擠。工作人員整體上都很友善且樂於助人，入住和退房手續也很順利。 總的來說，一切都很棒😊😊😊
