The experience was OK. The front desk upgraded our room type and said that this room type had just been replaced with a brand new mattress of Jinpan brand. The mattress was really comfortable! Worth the experience~

The location is fantastic and the price is very affordable. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. The cleaning lady meticulously tidies up every day, keeping everything spotless. I've been staying here for many days now and I'm very satisfied. The breakfast spread is excellent, and the views from the upper floors are absolutely beautiful.

As a four-star hotel, it is cost-effective and in a relatively convenient location. It is very convenient to travel. I was dissatisfied when I booked on Ctrip.com and saw that there was no breakfast. But I thought it was a bit weird for a four-star hotel to not have breakfast, so I called back. I went to the front desk to confirm and was told that the hotel has a Cantonese-style restaurant with a breakfast circle for 30 yuan. I asked if I could book two rooms, one for a double and one for a single. If the breakfast circle for a double was enough, I was told that it could be made. The waiter charged 30 yuan for delivery, so I placed an order for a room for two days, a single room and a double room. But when I had breakfast in the morning, there was only one circle for the double room. I was told that I would not recognize the person, only the room. There was only one circle for each room. I informed the front desk of the original phone number I communicated with the front desk, and the front desk gave me another breakfast circle. , I said to the front desk, please confirm whether the phone communication between me and the front desk is true. If there is any misunderstanding, then I will make up for it. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, I received a stiff call from the front desk and told me directly that we have always assigned rooms to one circle. If you can't accept it, you can check out. It's past the check-out time, but we won't accept you. Delay fee! I was really speechless, and it became a benefit to me.

The room is quite spacious and clean. I trust the quality here. The breakfast is rich, and the facilities are good, with laundry and a gym. The service is also excellent, including a laundry pick-up and delivery service. There's a two-story underground parking lot, which is large enough. It's very close to Guomao, Friendship Sunshine City, and Wanlv Park. Notably, it's very near the beach, offering sea views. I could go for a run in the morning and a walk in the evening, staying active for better health. Being close to the sea with ocean views and plenty of good food options nearby is a huge plus. We only decided on this place after arriving in Haikou, and seeing how close it was to the beach, we immediately chose it. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a good location, complete facilities and good service! It is a very cost-effective hotel for business travel! Due to my changing schedule, I was able to get good adjustments after communicating with the hotel!

A bit dated (no socket near the bed). Because of the age of the room and its upholstery, the smell of smoke (from the many people who have smoked in the room) is prevalent.
