晚上 9 點半左右到達飯店。我注意到空調有點熱。但我心想，我先讓它運行一會兒。也許很快就會好轉。一個小時後，天氣還是很熱，於是我打電話給接線員，她說她會派人來我們房間。等了大約 30 分鐘或更長時間，仍然沒有人來。我第二次打電話，她說她會再派人來我們房間。就這樣，沒有人來我們的房間幫我們開冷氣。我們已經太累了，等不及了。那天晚上我 8 個月大的寶寶睡覺時出汗，我不得不用他們放在床邊的筆記本給他搧風。退房時，我向接待員和經理投訴了這件事，他們在系統上查看到問題已經解決。這顯然是謊言。所以經理說他會調查此事，並向我承諾了一些事情。所以我希望他能信守諾言。我是這裡的常客，所以我知道冷氣出了問題。我知道這家酒店的品質。所以，讓我們看看經理是不是認真的。

旺季在亞庇性價比很不錯的酒店！這個酒店有年代了，但應該近期裝修過，大堂和客房裝修是偏英式的，個人很喜歡。衞生的話一間可以，另一間有沒清完的垃圾，水平可能不一，不挑的話還可以的。服務響應很快，前台説英語為主。酒店有户外泳池和健身房。酒店位置個人覺得挺方便的，因為我們到哪都打車，白天都在外面玩，晚上才回去，所以樓下步行距離有沒有飯店無所謂。大茄來步行可達。反而周圍挺安靜的。

公寓看起來又舊又舊。 1）第一間浴室漏水，導致我們無法使用。 2）兩個浴室的熱水器都無法正常運作。 3）廚房水槽堵塞，水龍頭很小。 4）骯髒的廚房用具和烤麵包機（最好自備紙杯和盤子） 5）不提供盥洗用品，遊客須自備。 6）回收的被子很髒，上面有血跡。 *工作人員友善且樂於助人，但他們只在工作時間提供服務。 *他們會在 24 小時內退還押金。 *公寓需要認真修復和改進。

位置比較偏，附近沒有飯店商場，適合泡在酒店一家人度假。距離市區開車半小時左右。 設施老舊，也許因為常年天氣潮濕原因，室內總有一股潮濕發黴的味道，牆上還有木質傢俱也看着不太乾淨。 酒店的食物不太好吃，附近外賣也沒有太多選擇，如果有條件的話，可以自己帶些食物和水果。 度假區環境還是不錯的，蚊子比較多，但是沒有看到其他小動物，連一衹壁虎都沒有… 離海邊很近，但海是黃色的，也許沙子多吧～
