You can take a bus to Sapporo International Ski Resort in the city. It is conveniently located and has a long history. There are equipment rentals in the resort. There are two charges for clothing, one is a gorgeous version of snow suits, and the other is a regular version. The staff explained carefully. There is a restaurant next to the entrance. If you go to Hokkaido in winter, it is worth a visit😊

I heard that Hoheikyo Onsen in Sapporo is so famous that I walked like crazy from Jozankei Station. You can't take pictures inside, but the water is really good because it's a hot spring that uses the spring water directly. And if you go here, you must try the Indian curry and naan. The naan is really delicious. ㅎㅎ

I highly recommend it to everyone. You can enjoy the hot spring and watch the heavy snow. It is a great experience. The scenery is beautiful and your skin will become better after taking a hot spring. There are separate baths for men and women, and both men and women have outdoor pools, so you don't have to worry about missing out on scenery. There are hot spring pools both outdoor and indoor. It's a nude bath, a great experience. Indian chef makes curry naan, which is delicious. It smells so good and tastes so good. 2024／ I came to Hokkaido for a free trip in December. I went to Hoheikyo Onsen twice to take a bath and eat curry naan twice. Because it’s such a wonderful enjoyment. It is really fun and comfortable to take a bath in the heavy snow. I don’t know when I will be able to play in the snow again. If you are planning to visit Hokkaido, here is a list of things to do. Worth visiting. Great.

I was able to see the zoo from a very close distance, and it was so impressive!! It was the most fun zoo I've ever been to. In particular, the tiger 🐅 came right up to me several times and I was able to watch it for about 15 minutes lol. If I go to Hokkaido again, it's definitely a place I want to go to again!

克拉克博士雕像
在羊之丘展望台有一座標志性的雕像，是北海道大學創始人、美國馬薩諸塞農科大學校長W.S.克拉克博士。克拉克博士因名言“Boys, be ambitious”（少年啊，要胸懷大志！）而為人們熟知，而這座雕像舉起右手指向遠方的造型正包含著要放眼未來、胸懷大志的心願。

為迎接夏季，在初春時會有剪羊毛的活動，與每年黃金周舉辦的春祭一同進行，為了一睹這難得一見的作業情景，很多札幌市民和遊客都會到此參觀。

The main attraction was the statue of Dr. Clark, and there were other interesting materials and models about the Snow Festival. The tickets were cheaper than buying them at the counter, and if you use points you can get them for free, which was great.

It was beautiful and fascinating to see freshwater fish swimming gracefully in the large aquarium. There was also a touch pool where we were able to touch baby doctor fish and sturgeon. The little grebes and American minks were very cute. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and the water was murky in the underwater observation zone where you can actually observe the Chitose River, but it was very interesting to learn about Ainu culture and the history of salmon fishing in a detailed and easy-to-understand way.

It was close to the hotel, so I decided to go. I didn't have high expectations, but even as an adult, I had a lot of fun! I learned a lot about salmon, and there were many other creatures, so I learned a lot.

It’s an ideal place for families. Though a small aquarium, but we spent almost 2 hours there. You came to know how the salmon bred and their life cycle through a very interesting film, plus how the local people how to collect their eggs and bleed. There are also other exhibitions of insects, etc. Finally we came to a view of the real habitat of the nearby river bed and its inhabitants.

Hokkaido Kaitaku no Mura is a good place. Looking at the website, some workshops may be free to attend, but some require reservations by phone, and you may need to ask hotel staff for help. The museum provides good information and allows visitors to understand the history of Hokkaido.
