前台小姐姐説給我翻新過的房間，希望我能喜歡 很滿意 乾淨 設施很新 房間沒有味道 屬於市中心吧 在火車站對面，走過來過個地下通道就到酒店了 火車站邊上有個大商場 酒店邊上一排也都是賣衣服的店 ROSSMAN也有，便利店也有 出酒店就是電車站，到老城區4站電車，非常方便 去機場打的二三十幾分鍾 房間沒水，要瓶裝水需要問前台，每一層電梯旁都有一個飲水機，有普通水也有氣泡水

我是1月24日至28日入住的單間。 優點：位置絕佳，可以步行到達所有老城的景點，從皇室大道步行真心舒適。早餐非常的豐盛，以至於我每天都吃到撐。前台服務很好，Pawel 先生接待我非常的熱心 耐心，並且提供我華沙地圖，還標註了路線圖。Olga女生非常的漂亮(ps 我可以約你共進晚餐嘛，看到請不要猶豫，直接聯繫我) 缺點：單人床還是有點小，被子太窄。衣櫃有點異味。最讓人受不了的就是無比差的WIFI ，居然沒有我的手機流量塊。強烈建議老闆改善一下。 總之，值得推薦。

最驚人的酒店體驗,在凌晨1點離開一個可怕的airbnb後,我和男朋友去了Mecure找房間。前台的Leszek非常熱情,樂於爲我們找到一個負擔得起的房間,因爲我們只是學生。我收到的最好的客戶服務,他對我們所處的情況表示同情,並給了我們最好的交易。房間很可愛,位置很完美。會向任何人推薦這家酒店。

華沙住宿酒店在安靜的街道上,到市中心的公共交通很好。我們叫高級房,很乾淨,牀相當舒服,衛生間相當好。肥皂和洗髮水在可填充的瓶子,毛巾磨損小/磨損良好(應該更好)。沒有肥皂棒或乳液。小冰箱(我們幾乎不工作),微波爐,茶壺,沒有咖啡機。茶包和速溶咖啡在房間裏以及基本的菜餚。房間裏的水瓶也。AC 效果很棒。早餐很好,監督早餐室的工作人員高效快速地清潔桌子。我們希望有訪問NETFLIX(使用我們自己的帳戶),電視服務非常差,只有TVP頻道,Polsat,基本TVN - 沒有TVN 24。BBC有時工作。錯過了從各種來源觀看國際和拋光電台新聞(TVN24,CNN)晚上酒店無事可做,因爲沒有餐廳或酒吧,再次電視節目差。

可能是當地最佳的酒店 位置非常中心，走到老城很簡單，但是打車又很方便 房間非常寬敞，甚至有些出乎預料，還有專門的一間辦公的書房 浴室有浴缸，比較寬敞 美中不足之處是贈送我的一盤藍莓裏面發霉長毛了，但因為我也沒吃，就不扣分了

這個酒店的位置離機場非常近，然後到機場接機或送人都非常方便，服務非常好。的窗外景觀是超級棒。早餐是超級的豐富，超級好。 唯一不足的就是服務生的英語水平不好。但酒店總體上這個服務水準還是蠻高的，非常熱情，然後酒店你可以經常可以看到全球各個航空公司的機長空姐還是蠻有檔次的。 我多次住在該酒店，交通就非常便利。非常喜歡這個酒店。

位於華沙火車站走路10分鐘，科學會堂對面。房間大，健身房特別棒，早餐豐富多樣選擇，走到華沙老城大概20分鐘，各方面性價比很高！

This hostel is very convenient for exploring Warsaw, being just a few steps from the north fortress gate leading into the old town. The staff were fantastic, always professional, courteous and proactive at organising events. I hope I can return here some day.

房間新裝修的。又大又漂亮。離機場出發口不到100米。轉機真心方便。我早餐又花了120多茲羅提買了一個，也是物超所值。大約等於180-190人民幣吧。品類高級，還有酒類，高級品牌瓶裝水。自己動手榨胡蘿蔔汁。……美中不足的是前台，我從尼斯轉機過來取了行李已經困得東倒西歪，前台男士説我的房間沒確認。我沒理他。裝聽不懂。錢都付了二十多天了，不能退的。還確認個鬼啊。至少攜程怎麼付酒店。我也沒興趣知道。男生看我沒下文，又己深夜，我給他看了我下一程回中國的登機牌，就辦了房卡。有絲絲不爽。不過房間又大又舒服。從窗口能看見一架架大飛機。也是不同的體驗。很好！

Went mid-october for 3 nights. Check-in was ok, except need to be proactive to have information (WIFI, breakfast, etc..) Room was big, nice decoration (but was surprised when I learnt that the room is done on request.....) Gym, swimming pool and spa are the the good point of the hotel, Breakfast was bad. First morning i arrived 30 min before the end and i have to go in the Lobby, food was cold. and even orange juice and some plates were empty. For the location, it's not so great even there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. If you want to walk to the old town count at least 30-40 min walk. At the end, hotel is not expensive but 4-5 stars is a bit overrated

The hotel is located on a lake and has its own access down to the lake. The lake and the hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of trees. Inside the hotel things are well maintained and there are lots of facilities such as a spa, bowling alley and disco. There are also some nice seatings areas outside. The hotel has other outdoor activities such as bikes, pedalos on the lake, and a high ropes course, but these are an extra cost and some were closed when we were there. The bedroom I stayed in was also very well maintained. It had two single beds (we saw a lot of people appeared to be sharing rooms with colleagues so I assume this is why the bedrooms are two singles). The bed was soft but overall comfortable. The bedroom was overall fairly well lit! There was an electricity point by ear bed and two under the desk. The bathroom was spacious however the shower had a rain head (light pressure) or a handheld shower head. Not ideal for washing your hair as there wasn’t enough power. I don’t hear anyone staying near me, corridors were quiet and I didn’t hear anything through the walls either. Food was average at best. Breakfast was varied. The chef did fried eggs or omelettes on request but this is only available on certain days. Lots of fresh fruit each day also although I did see lots of flies near the fruit one day, overall also looked very clean. Lunch and dinner via the buffet restaurant was largely the same each day and the hotel doesn’t manage large groups well. One of the days we were there we had been give tables for our group, however the tables ended up being in the middle of the queue for another extremely large group so we were surrounded by people standing behind us as we ate. If you’re here for a few days, definitely plan your meal times away from large groups. Also try the a la carte restaurant as there is more choice or eat a meal or two in Warsaw. Staff were generally polite although many had limited English so if you have a query you may find you need to approach the front desk or bar area.

真的是4星級酒店嗎?我預訂了這家酒店,因爲我們希望和孩子們一起度過一個輕鬆愉快的住宿,而我們每天花5天時間處理很多不同的問題。剛到之後我們被告知,孩子們的主要景點(kiddos room和保齡球)都關閉了。在房間裏我們發現清潔化學品和從窗簾上下來的大蜘蛛。另外房間裏的氣味很令人不愉快。第三天,他們把夫婦和狗放在我們房間的旁邊,狗叫到午夜時分,當我在接待處抱怨時,我被告知,對不起,我們無能爲力。在西九酒店,酒店相當繁忙,但酒店只安排了很少的員工進入餐廳,所以我們在排隊等待了近30分鐘來開始早餐,另外30分鐘來吃煎餅!Corona-19安全防範措施-當人們擠在一個沒有距離的房間時,有些笑話,從來沒有!由於我們很生氣,很生氣,我們在接待處要求與經理交談,當非常不友好和傲慢的Silvia太太整天在臉上撒謊時,我非常震驚,她把我的電話傳給了經理和他會很快聯繫我-他從來沒有像她從來沒有告訴他我要聯繫他!最後,我終於能夠和一位高級工作人員交談,她非常友好,並提供小的補償所有這些問題。不幸的是,整個住宿是一個很大的失望。到目前爲止,我住在這麼多酒店,但這絕對令人震驚。我跟前去酒店的另一對夫婦談過,他們告訴我們,他們在整個過程中的變化都讓我們震驚。可惜的是,我們本來希望有一個美好的家庭,但我們只得到5天的持續不愉快情況!!!!

Just outside Warsaw, but relatively well connected by train, is the HIR Jozefow; an idyll on the edge of extensive forests and a small tributary of the Vistula, the Swider. A relaxing stay is guaranteed simply because of this location. In addition, the house offers many recreational opportunities, from the spa area to the golf and tennis courts and bicycle rental to a ropes course for children, which offer new varieties every day. On arrival at HIE Jozefow a room upgrade and various nicely designed amenities were waiting for us. The view from the balcony glided over the abundant trees of the hotel property, the playgrounds and sports fields as well as the golf courses. The afternoon sun, when it seemed, heated us up strongly. The beds were of high quality and provided a restful sleep. If you wanted, you could choose from the richly filled (paid) minibar or help yourself to the other cold and hot drinks provided free of charge. In the bathroom, only the ancient shower curtain, which was to be replaced by a fixed shower enclosure, disturbed. Even showering in a bathtub is probably no longer quite up to date, but practicable for sporty condition. Culinary highlights of our stay were the visits to the restaurant Luna & Sol of the hotel. The new chef knew how to create an offer that goes far beyond the level of a usual Holiday Inn, especially in the evenings; and this at a reasonable price level. Whether you helped yourself to the extensive buffet or put together an à la carte menu yourself: local, fresh products, cleverly prepared, always contributed to a successful evening. Of the leisure facilities, we once again made intensive use of the spa area during our stay. The swimming pool and the two saunas promised a varied stay almost at any time. Unfortunately, the indoor pool has only five, quite uncomfortable, because much too hard loungers (without pads), which should be exchanged for those much more comfortable loungers from the relaxation area of the spa. We would like to take this opportunity to thank two people who made our stay extremely pleasant, on behalf of the many employees we met: On the one hand, the Front Office and Reservation Manager who always had an ear for our concerns; on the other hand, the General Manager did everything in his power, to give us a feeling of well-being during our days in ”his” house. Even in its 15th year of existence, the Holiday Inn Jozefow more than lives up to its reputation as a 4-star first-class hotel. The standards that the management practices in this house should give other hotels an example of how upscale hotels should and can function despite the current, worldwide difficulties.
