塞勒斯濱海門户酒店(Salles Hotels Marina Portals)

La habitación increíble con vistas al mar. El spa reformado y muy completo. Muy buen desayuno. El personal muy amable, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una botella de cava ya que era nuestro aniversario. Muy bien ubicado el hotel cerca de calas. Sólo eché en falta más almohadas, ya que solo había una muy planita. También que busquen una solución al sonido de los aparatos de aire. Justo encima de nuestra habitación teníamos uno y hacía bastante ruido cuando lo ponían los de la habitación de al lado.

Yes it really is a wonderful hotel...such good value for money...the position is perfect...the staff are so helpful and courteous......it truly is a "gem of a hotel" we usually try and holiday at Marina Portals 2/3 times a year, It is like a magnet always drawing us back, in fact it really has spoilt us regarding other hotels, we always try somewhere different as well once a year, staying in 4/5 star hotels ,but as yet none, at least for us, has the same magic as Marina Portals, the hotel is a good 4 star standard, extremely clean and kept in good order, so our conclusion is, it’s the staff that make it so special the staff rarely change they are such nice, helpful cheery people who take pride in their work which makes ours and other guests stay at the Marina Portals as happy as possible..and that includes every depar**ent in the hotel.. We stayed in April and the refurbishment of the reception/Lounge is really exceptional, it is tasteful and classy the outside has also been refurbed stretching further back allowing more sunbeds which are all new, the grounds are white interspersed with greenery, it looks tremendous this includes the outside area which serves lunch and drinks if required. So yes highly recommended

Lo que prometía ser una tarde de spa se convirtió en una discoteca de Magaluf. A las 18h entramos en el spa y eso parecía lo que digo, una discota, adolescente y niños incluidos con gafas de bucear. Cuando, al hacer la reserva ponía que los niños solo podía acceder de 15 a 16). La mitad de las instalaciones ( 2hamacas, duchas, una sauna, chorros,) no funcionaban y el resto, al estar el spa como una piscina de verano, estaba colapsado, había cola. El chico joven, inexperto y sin ganas de la recepción dijo “es lo que hay”. Vanos que el relax fue inexistente y la experiencia pésima. También incluía cena, el comedor desértico y la zona donde se cocina al momento, cerrada! Por supuesto nada de esto se avisó al hacer la reserva. Espero que mi opinión sirva para que nadie más sea engañado como nosotros .

Hotel incrivelmente bem cuidado e com muitas comodidades. O staff é muito simpático O buffet quer de pequeno almoço quer de jantar é variado e a comida boa. Ficamos surpreendidos com o preço de apenas 20€ do buffet de jantar (sem bebidas mas com vinhos a preço bem acessível) O tempo não proporcionou que usufruissemos da piscina exterior mas a interior é super agradável e na maioria das vezes nem tinha ninguém. Localização é excelente. No centro da ilha mas numa zona mais calma e de bons acessos. Queremos muito voltar.

Hotel was clean, well-maintained and modern; felt recently renovated. Staff all friendly. Spa was free to use for 1 hr per day and we generally had it to ourselves. However, not all of the features were working and temperatures could have been warmer. Buffet dinner authentically Spanish with good variety and plenty of premium seafood eg giant prawns, monkfish, seabass. Parking is reasonably priced but limited spaces available and no obvious off-site alternative available nearby.

The hotel is very nice, it has a large gym, very clean through out the hotel, the maids are very good at there job, rooms cleaned every 2 days. the staff are very friendly and helpful. The (manager) fulsencio, not sure of the spelling, could not be more helpful. The only down side was the pool, the pool was different from the last time I came. It didnt look as big, i didnt go for a swim this time though, so maybe it would have been ok. Overall I had an enjoyable stay, and would stay there again. There are nice restaurants and bars nearby.

Die Lage kann als zentral bezeichnet werden. Auch wenn nicht direkt am Meer gelegen, ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand sowie der Restaurant- und Einkaufsmeile, der Rückweg zum Hotel dauert etwas länger. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Poolbereich ist groß und hat neben einer Snackbar auch ein Restaurant. Der Pool selbst ist nichts für sportliche Schwimmer, ein großes kreisrundes Becken mit flachem Zugang, vergleichbar mit einem großen runden Schwimmteich. Zur Abfrischung sicher ausreichend, zum Schwimmen nicht. Die Zimmer sind schön, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ansprechend. Einige Zimmer haben Meerblick, das muss aber extra gebucht werden. Mit Ausnahme der Klimaanlage, die zeitweise mit einem brummenden Geräusch auf sich aufmerksam macht, sind die zur Pool/Meerseite ausgerichteten Zimmer sehr ruhig, da sich dort keine Straße befindet. Im Hinblick auf Preis, Lage und Ausstattung auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. Wer ein schönes und bezahlbares Hotel in zentraler Lage sucht, ist gut aufgehoben.

We recently stayed in a family room for 5 nights. We were lucky to have nice weather which made all the difference to our stay. The hotel was very clean, newly renovated or very well kept everywhere. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. There is a small indoor soft play area which we used every day. There is a nice gradual sloping outdoor main pool the kids could paddle and splash in. There is a small kids pool separately. There is also an indoor pool which is heated. It was not very warm but it was warmer than the outdoor pools! Then there is a spa which the children were allowed to use the small pool area in from 2pm - 3pm. There is also a nice small play park. All these things meant our stay was easy, enjoyable and we all had a great time. The breakfast buffet was very good every day with slight variations in the hot food selections and pastry selection. The family room had a large main bedroom with big bed and a smaller twin room with two full singles in. The bathroom was nice and there were two clothes hanging areas. The balcony was nice and double width for the family room. It caught the afternoon and evening sun The hotel is a short uphill walk from the smart marina area with many nice and pricey restaurants and a couple of beaches. You can leave for these areas through the back of the hotel which saves a few minutes. There is a bus stop nearby we used to get into Palma main town. There are a couple of small supermarkets that have everything you would want and restaurants just out the front of the hotel too. The gym is spacious and the equipment was nearly new. As previously mentioned we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel muy completo y con buena ubicación. Disfrutamos mucha de la estancia, aunque solo fuera una noche, pudimos disfrutar de los diferentes servicios que prestaba el hotel: Piscina exterior, SPA, masajes y gimnasio. El servicio muy bueno, tanto en el bar como restaurante, además de tener detalles por ser el cumpleaños de mi pareja, siempre es de agradecer :)
