阿必尚藍灣酒店(Bluebay Hotel Abidjan)

Hotel with electricity problem.. Junior suite not as i was expecting. Decided to change the room to a senior suite. I was charged a supplement.

Lot of noises from other occupants and visitors during the day and late at night. Doors slamming. Couple of times I had to yell at two noisy occupants around 1am The place needs a professional pesticide trea**ent regularly because of the presence of mosquitoes and cockroaches. The bathroom floods after every shower. The staff is wonderful from the director to the staffs. Very nice people. Particularly the housekeeping boss.

This hotel is well located towards and not far from the city main center that can be joined via taxi. I recommend to use some like Yango but make sure the location is well grabbed by the taxi driver. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Bed are agréable . Amenities are satisfactory given the price.. The staff is genuinely present and kind . The low side are: breakfast is not appropriate and insufficient, internet to be improved. A nice choice for short business trips in Abidjan…jacques

It is a basic clean hotel without any luxuries,,, staff is friendly and kitchen has a limited but very nice menu. Hotel manager could improve with the client service. Acces to the hotel is difficult. High speed internet, and the possibility to order in for food is good in addition to the kitchen menu. Breakfast was not included, but was nice and got better as longer as I stayed

Loved the nice, clean property which is like home away from home. The breakfast was just basic and the same every morning. No variety and no variation.

My expectations were highly met.
