Excellent customer service and the rooms are so neat and beautiful. Food taste good. The staff are very friendly and they are professional. Kudos to the entire staff and management of the hotel. 5

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean and always well maintained. The food was good as well. The staff was very friendly and our housekeeping needs were met promptly. I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.

The hospitality was lacking. The elevator wasn’t working and there was no sign of it’s being repaired. The breakfast was very sub-par and the room wasn’t very clean. It was supposed to be a ‘royal room’ but you could tell that it wasn’t sanitized and cleaned up properly. It was the least favourite thing about my stay in Abuja. I would not be staying here next time.

When I tried to pay for the room at the reception, their POS declined my credit card. Then I used another debit card to pay for the room and it was successful. When I checked my bank statements, I found that my both cards were charged! No refund!!

Horrible hotel.Poor reception.No concierge to carry luggage.Poorly cleaned toilet.The only (supposedly 4star) hotel I’ve been in with a toilet that didn’t flush.Slow service response.Food was lousy.NEVER EVER GOIING BACK!

The hotel is well located and the staff is quite interested in treating you in the best possible way. However, the facilities need urgently a renovation of the building, furniture and equipment. Very few power outlets. The menu in the restaurant is varied and the plates by order are very good. The hotel offers 3 buffets a day but these are expensive and the quality of the food below the standard of the place based on the quality of the plates I ordered from the menu. There was no iron nor iron board in my room and the safe had no batteries.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and standard of facilities at this hotel. Reception was courteous and friendly . Chris was especially helpful . Check in and checkout was seamless. The room was big and well furnished and super clean . The beddings were clean and fresh . The toilet had a jacuzzi as well as a rain shower closet. Toilet fittings were of the highest quality . The elevator was in good working condition and clean. The hotel was generally clean and had a good ambience. The breakfast was rich and tasty with a wide variety of Continetal and local options to choose from. I had stayed several times in this hotel but had lately ( over the last 2-3 years) gone elsewhere because the hotel quality and service standards had dropped. I was thus pleasantly surprised by not only the upgraded facilities but by the quality of service as well. I would definately comeback. Well done

The staff unfriendly. Housecleaning with replacement of towels, coffee etc had to requested and then delivered late. The plumbing was terrible with leaks in the bedroom and bathroom. Shower wouldn’t drain so standing in ankle deep water while showering . Too expensive for what you get. There are better choices such as The Chelsea which was cheaper and excellent service .
