Cheap … cheap … cheap … Maybe it should be a lower cost. Had a bed and shower and toilet. And nothing more not any room. From 1965 😱 If it was 2 people you couldn’t move.

當我們到達時，我們去了我們的房間，門已經打開了，我認為這是他們必須為客人進來的門。打開房間後，椅子上掛著一條毛巾，顯然不是汽車旅館的，並且食物上有食物，以迎接我。桌子上和冰箱裡。我們從這個房間搬走了，酒店工作人員向我們道歉。隔天早上我們出去了一會兒，回來後打開門，迎接我的是同樣的藍色毛巾和冰箱裡的食物，他們以為是我從前一個房間拿來的，沒有先問我。然後，當我去看房間裡的概要時，我發現房間裡到處都是蟑螂，這表明房間很髒。很高興這只是短暫的住宿。

這些照片看起來一點也不像 Wotif 上的照片。我們的房間窗戶壞了，又髒又潮濕。管理階層的藉口是我訂錯了房間，這就是我經歷不好的原因。我為 2 人預訂了一間家庭房，不確定為什麼這很重要，但他們在辦理入住時對此感到非常不安。確保我“知道”我預訂了家庭房。不推薦。

Budget hotel which wasn’t clean. Lots of bugs in the room, walls dirty, carpet was disgusting. Had all the normal facilities but it is a rundown place needing a lick of paint and maintenance. Wouldn’t stay again nor recommend.

Great for parking with trailer and late check in was easy. However we killed three cockroaches in our room on arrival and the cutlery was dirty. The blankets were stained and rough to touch. Many things needed updating.

The duty manager is the rudest, most unprofessional business woman I have ever come into contact with. Acacia Ridge is advertised as a hotel - yet their main priority is to have it as a nightlife bar. On Friday and Saturday nights the music blasts until 4am and the noise level is not contained. DESPITE an “11pm - 7am quiet time for guests” stated in their guest booklet. Not great when you’ve been awake for almost 26 hours after an early flight and want to get some sleep so you don’t fall asleep behind the wheel. I suggest Acacia Ridge advertises itself as a pub and not a hotel, as the manager called myself “naive” for booking a hotel room at a ‘pub’ on a Saturday night and told my family to leave if “we don’t fit in”. The rooms are very average with broken bathroom fixings. The bar staff and security guard were lovely though - I really appreciated their kindness when my family and I asked about the noise level. If it weren’t for the manager’s trea**ent of us, I would book here again on a week night when the noise level is actually cut off at a reasonable hour, but I am simply at a loss for words.

The staff at Acacia Ridge hotel were very accommodating and friendly. The price for almost a month was to my liking . The food is delicious and cheap. I advise for anyone needing a cheap home between house hunting this is here for you. 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The carpet in the room was stained and filthy. The room stunk ( of what, we’d prefer not to guess). Would NOT recommend.
