拉勒姆太陽神殿(Solar de Lalém)

Localizado num sitio calmo e pitoresco, na Maia, este alojamento é perfeito para descansar depois de um dia a explorar a ilha. Incorporado no meio de São Miguel típico, longe dos aglomerados hoteleiros e com uma vista estonteante por entre Campos e mar. O anfitrião, Rodolpho, é super simpático e recebe-nos como se estivéssemos em nossa casa. Adoramos a nossa estadia 😍

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Solar. Notre séjour reste tout simplement mémorable ! Leah et Frank nous ont accueilli avec tellement de gentillesse et de bienveillance, toujours disposés à nous conseiller pour que nos vacances soient les plus agréables. La bâtisse est quant à elle majestueuse, avec son beau et paisible jardin. Très bien située et d'accès facile pour visiter la grande moitié est de l'île.

Bonita a localização deste solar. Belo enquadramento, com bonito jardim. Excelente a recepção da gerência e restante pessoal. Sempre atentos às necessidades dos hóspedes.

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang taucht man ein in eine Welt voller Gastfreundschaft, einem faszinierenden und wunderschönen Haus und einem liebevoll gepflegten Park samt tollem Pool. Frühstück wird draussen im Schutz der Terrasse serviert. Entschleunigung und Entspannung in seiner schönsten Form. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber, wenn’s irgendwie geht, kommen wir wieder :-)

Oh what a grand house this is! It met all expectations of a relaxing and comfortant holiday. Everything about Solar de lalem is a five star rating. The rooms, the environment, the host and his staff were exceptional. Breakfast was always filling and pleasurable. The rooms were spotless and comfrtable.

This place has a ton of charm. It’s a beautiful mansion once owned by Portuguese nobility. The location is great, near the ocean, just outside idyllic Maia, and less than half an hour from Ponta Delgada airport. Rodolfo was very hospitable, professional, responsive, and attentive to everything I needed. My room was spacious, sparkling clean and had a lovely private garden.

We were two couples traveling in the Azores and we spent five wonderful days at the Solar de Lalem. This is an old inn with an interesting history dating back to the 17th century. Rooms are large and each suite seems to be unique. The manager Fabio was friendly, helpful and available. We loved our evening glass of wine on the patio outside the lounge, and our server Inês was just delightful throughout our stay. Maia is a quaint little village beside the ocean with a couple of great local restaurants that we could walk to from the Inn and which we thoroughly enjoyed. There are terrific hiking trails surrounding the village and everything is very well maintained and safe. The local people were extremely friendly.

Solar de Lalem is a gem located in a small coastal village on the island of Sao Miguel in the Azores. It is an old manor house with a limited number of rooms. Our room -- actually a suite -- included a sitting room with a view out to the Atlantic, a separate bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. It is a short walk to two of the sweetest restaurants we visited in the Azores -- Fim de Seculo (awesome octopus stew) and Bar do Praia (the best triggerfish we have ever had in our lives) -- and only a short drive to a couple of others. The breakfast on the outdoor terrace was delightful, as was the bar which, while limited in its offerings, was a great outdoor venue for drinking some wine. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful old property, authentic and full of history. Nice garden, with cute tables to sit outside for breakfast. Rodolpho was the best host - always cheerful, quick to respond and really went the extra mile to help all the guests with their enquiries and recommendations. Thank you!
