Holiday Inn Express 亞特蘭大肯納瑟(Holiday Inn Express Atlanta-Kennesaw)

My husband was at Kennestone Hospital and the Holliday Express was the only hotel close to the hospital with a vacancy. I was very content with the room, the complimentary breakfast and the easy parking.

We got to the facility to find out they did not have the 2 Queen room we reserved and paid for online. Four of us had to deal with 1 King room and a gross pull out that had no sheets pillows or blankets instead with no compensation for our inconvenience. Entire property is pretty worn. One of the Elevators was broken with a makeshift button system on all floors. Couches stained and a loose extension cord hanging out of our air conditioner. Pretty disappointed for the price!

I booked 12 nights at this place and decided to leave early due to the overall hotel. There’s only one working elevator with 6 floors. The elevator struggled so badly. Twice we thought we wouldn’t even make it down. Sometimes you have to sit for 10+ minutes just to get on the elevator and on floor #2, the elevator may not even stop. We used the stairs 90% of our trip. My wife and poor mom had to climb those stairs all week. My air conditioner was horrible, toilet stayed clogged up the whole time. I finally went and purchased my own plunger for my room. Also, trash beside the elevators overflowing, some kind of rigged elevator contraption. The complimentary washing machine / dryer worked great but the hotel was unable to get us change. The girl stated she didn’t have access to get us quarters. We won’t ever be back.

This place is a dump! Yes its "newly remodeled" but that just means putting a few new fixtures up and some paint. The elevators were down most of the trip which left us doing 4 flights of stairs despite lung issues. The ac didn't work and we were promised to move to the 2nd floor for 3/5 of our days there but it NEVER happened! There was mold all over the wall and floor at the ac. The shower leaked so bad, the water would seap into the foyer. There was a huge stain on 1 of the mattresses from a previous spill but it looked disgusting. The tv was so dated, the picture had lines in it like you were watching rabbit ear cable from back in the day. I would NOT recommend staying there at all! There was a syringe and needle in the lobby bathroom. I would upload pics but it isnt allowing me to.

I would not stay here again. One of their elevators was broken we waited about 15 minutes and finally decided to take the stairs to the 4th floor. The first thing we noticed was a mildew smell when we entered our room. The room was dirty. The TV remote was not working and the ice maker on our floor wasn’t working.

The bathtub did not drain, the cleaners came in, made up bed and tidy up bathroom and water finally drain and left nasty dirt, I came to that. I had to go down to complain, they got me a room change, I was exhausted and tired that day. The beddings was stain, the elevator did not work properly. I will never stay here again, it was a horrible experience.

GOOD THINGS: Very good breakfast Rooms are ok, everything works as expected BAD THINGS: Cleaning service bad, they never cleaned the room, it's more like an rbnb where there is not daily cleaning Elevator never works ok, years with this problem they never solve

Staff were very courteous. They were very understanding and took care of my son and I. Definitely will stay here again. The elevator was having issues, but other than that, everything was nice. Very comfy beds.

Checked in and room was clean but ac in the room was on lowery setting but room was uncomfortable to say the least. Didn’t wanna bother with changing rooms. Other than that it was ok
