SpringHill Suites Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

Breakfast options were a disaster - We went to have breakfast 3 days, on 2 days we were told they had run out of scrambled eggs and Raisan Barn cereal (we had gone for breakfast around the mid of the breakfast schedule on both days). The family did not have any reasonable alternatives The room layout was odd with the closet at the other end of the room

Overall, it was fine and would probably stay again. But, the bathroom was not clean, there was hair all over the tub and floor. There were not sheets that fit the pull out couch or pillows. We had to ask for toilet paper since there were not full or extra rolls. Breakfast was very crowded with limited options and slow refills. They were out of items and when people asked, the employees were not very friendly with their responses. The outside pool had a lot of stuff floating in it, which would not have been a problem if there was a strainer to use. I'm taking into account it was a holiday weekend and they were really busy, so I would give it another chance.

The manager es una persona con muy mala actitud, no sabe resolver problemas de manera amable. Es racista Los desayunos siempre son los mismos, no le varian al menu en 3 dias, no tiene cajeros automaticos, no hacen aseo en las habitaciones, solo si pides te llevan los insumos para el cuarto. Se ponen a pelear con los huespedes y graban con celular los videos sin permiso alguno, quieren llamar a la policia sin que ellos resulevan el problema interno. PESIMO

First room didnt have working ac. Moved to another room. Phones wouldnt work to call downstairs. Also they charged us 10 to park in their open parking lot. This was never called out previously. Older property and pics make room seem larger.

Our room was not clean. Went to the front desk, they put us in another room and it was not clean. Very disappointing. Will not be staying there again.

Be aware, the hotel charges $10 per day/per car for parking. Not disclosed online or when I checked in. That being said, they were super friendly while they did not tell me. Needed to ask for extra pillows and bedding for pull out. Extra pillows were very low quality. No one cleaned the the room or emptied the trash the 2 days I was there. Worst thing was the public restroom on the 1st floor. No soap and dirty toilets both days.
