À la direction de l'hôtel, Bonjour, Je souhaite exprimer mon mécontentement concernant une expérience désagréable que j'ai vécue lors de mon séjour dans votre hôtel le [date du séjour]. J'ai rencontré un problème avec un membre de votre personnel, dont le comportement a été inapproprié et m'a causé beaucoup de désagréments. Je tiens à préciser que mon problème n'est pas lié à la race ou à la couleur de peau, mais au comportement du personnel qui n'a pas été professionnel dans son interaction avec moi en tant que client de l'hôtel. J'espère que vous prendrez en considération cette plainte et que vous prendrez les mesures nécessaires pour garantir une meilleure qualité de service à l'avenir. Personnel bienveillant et accueillant. 4 piscines. Cependant l'hôtel est très mal isolé donc bruyant dans les couloirs et à la fenêtre qui donne sur un quartier animé de nuit. Le sèche cheveux et le ventilateur sont en option, donc payants en plus. All inclusive médiocre

A noter que nous avons séjourné au Carribean Village Agador qui est le même hôtel , dans les mêmes locaux. Nous avons encore apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel simple mais propre avec une animation au top et un personnel toujours souriant . Nous espérons y retourner pour la période hivernale de 2024

Nous étions à l'Hôtel Carribean Village Agador qui est le MEME hotel que le Tamlet. Nous y avons passé 2 mois. Par rapport aux commentaires désobligeants voire honteux sur cet hotel, Nous certifions qu'il est très propre, (serviettes changées quotidiennement, intérieur des chambres également) . le personnel est poli, souriant,toujours pret à nous rendre service, NON ! nous n'avons jamais été malades avec la nourriture qui reste simple mais bonne. Les boissons (même alcooliséees) sont offertes de 10 h 30 à minuit.... Nous regrettons que les agences européennes aient abandonné cet hôtel au dépriment d'hôtels luxueux et onéreux (qu'il faut probablement remplir et qui rapportent plus d'argent...) Pire....ces mêmes agences dévalorisent cet hôtel et découragent honteusement les voyageurs d'y séjourner.... Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir encore et encore. Si vous souhaitez le luxe...alors ouvrez votre porte-monnaie et passez votre chemin.... Commentaire de 2 enseignants retraités français...

Cadre agréable. Personnel sympathique.

First and last time in Morocco this hotel puts you off from anything you can imagine . Rooms condition I’ve never seen anything like this in my entire life. Food is so bad and worse than that is the way they serve it .you have to wait in the very long queue to get a bit off a disgusting food and by the time you back to your table food is cold. I forgot to say that there is no clean plates available most of the times. Is good for those people who wants to go on diet on their holiday. At the end I want to say I’ve been to so many different countries and some of them were very poor but this place is out of you imagination. Not only me but everyone here were crying. I hope no one chose this place but if you do you definitely putting your money in the bin.

Worst place ive ever been went on my first solo holiday and wasn’t expecting to much from hotel as i was mainly using as a base and planned on being out most of the time but wow it was that bad it was comical the place is nothing like the pics really run down half the place was shut down the food was shocking no choice and couldnt keep up with serving the amount of people the only good thing this place had going for it was entertainment and very easy to get drunk if thats what you want reminded me of pontins in southport england 😂 and that got shut down its that bad it ruined my experience of morroco 🤬 o and the place is covered in bird poo seagulls everywhere

The worst holiday of my life, dirty, dust everywhere, you had to order snacks in the morning to get them in the afternoon. I've never seen this before, we were hungry, very little choice at meals One bar for drinks, 20-minute queue. Nice employees, pools were ok and clean. But I don't recommend it 😔

Room no soap, only one glass. Was a lot more basic than expected. WiFi only in the reception area. Food selection in the only open restaurant is extremely poor and very limited for all meals Do not expect the Snack Bar to be classed as a speciality restaurant! No ice cream available in the restaurants; only available for a limited time in a kiosk outside in the afternoon, coffee only available at breakfast in restaurant Coffee at the main pool bar may ONLY be ordered at one counter despite it all being the same kitchen area. There is an extreme lack of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery etc in the restaurant. It is a great shame the grounds are very nice and well kept, staff generally friendly and helpful, except the main pool bar.
